Hmmm. It's a separate mode, but addons would kinda have to be allowed there somehow.

Ummm, don't think so. Game and content was already complicated enough back then. And experiment for what? For forcing some addons out in future retail? Waaay to late for that.

The game was complicated, sure. But you don't know how easy the raids will be with the abilities given. Going by the theme of speed running the expansion I would hazard a guess that you don't get even close to "difficult" bosses until HC Lei'shen or Garrosh, and probably not even then.

Imagine playing a spec, keeping up with a rotation w/o any addons. That's what I'm mainly talking about. People who relied on them for years, suddenly having to play w/o them.

Fire mage Combustion gameplay in MoP was this - stack up high Ignite, then press Comb to snapshot and duplicate the dot. Good luck without an Ignite indicator. Or try to react to 4 sec Unerring Vision proc w/o any addons.

Is Pandemonium supposed to last 6 weeks, like Plunderstorm? I suppose it's possible it ends when the pre-patch happens, which could be as early as mid-June.

I saw how overpowered those items are. It's possible they reduce all the classes to 7 button kits.

On MoP??? MoP was perhaps the most bloated WoW classes ever have been

There is not going to be a prepatch in mid June. From the Roadmap its obvious that TWW is scheduled for late September so prepatch in late August. 10.2.7 is probably in late may/early june so my guess is its gonna run around 8-12 Weeks.

I imagine I will have to wait and see what the game mode looks like when it's closer to release to be sure. My initial reaction is to play Evoker, but maybe I will try something else depending on what kind of non-class abilities will be important.

ugh.. i have a bad gut feeling about this WoW Remix and the rewards. Especially the transmogs. If they need to be collected on each class seperatly, because they are class specific, this will be just as much fomo as plunderstorm...
And if i have to do the raids for them... it will be worse than plunderstorm by a mile
