I predict if they don't revamp Kalimdor & EK entirely in the worldsoul saga, I think TWW will revamp southern Kalimdor (Ahn Qiraj region), Midnight will revamp Lordaeron (Tirisfal region) then the following saga will involve Hyjal & southern half of the eastern kingdoms, completing a post Dragonflight vanilla revamp. So you're right, the zone boarders will change.
Or, as I was hoping, Vyranoth does her heelturn at the end of TLT, and she breaks the Titan technology holding the Elemental Planes, Avaloren, Helheim & Thros in separate pocket dimensions resulting in an Azeroth with a totally new geography.

i am unfathomably hyped right now, 2.5 hours
Been browsing imgur lately and found this imgur.com/a/SvwO6SS, what do you think?
Whole world revamp would be a total overshoot and would definitely be a selling feature, though I could see them trying to keep it secret by teasing Midnight as specifically a Quel'Thalas expansion so that they can have a big moment when they reveal the full revamp (as well as to allow people to actually talk about TWW instead of everyone just skipping it for the big world revamp).
That said, it's almost 100% going to be specifically Quel'Thalas. I do wonder what zones they'll settle on, though, to reach the right size. Maybe they'll trudge up one of the RPG zones.

You hate dracthyr because you hate scalies, I hate dracthyr because I'm a scalie and know naga are better. We are not the same.
Interesting, though half these images were part of the press packet. Regular working hours at blizzard start in 15 minutes, gird your loins.I think they want to do it incrementally to avoid a Cataclysm situation (the same situation they're trying to avoid on classic by making its underwhelming endgame last half as long.) Once they told us they were setting a new expansion in Northrend you know revamping old zones is the entire point.

That Dalaran photo with the broken pillar, interesting.
I no longer reply to quotations beyond if you're asking a genuine question or have a non-confrontational stance.

Looking at the Necrolord influences in Nerubian archetecture makes me think of how mad people were at the concept of Maldraxxus in relation to Nerubian culture. As if there wasn't clear titan influence on Dwarf & Zandalari architecture, or Kyrian influence on the Vrykul's architecture. Not surprising, people who got an alpha preview are probably currently uploading stuff for today's coverage.
