Wow they weren't kidding. Not only is Thrall not in this expansion, there's no horde rep at all. Though they could fix that by making Brinthe the leader of the Horde Earthen, which would make sense if Brinthe joins the Unbound & Baelgrim being an Oathsworn.

Yeah that is what he does. He shows up and then sits in a corner. He doesn't seem to be central to the plot like Magni, Moira and Dagran or Alleria, Anduin and the Arathi. Heck why not have a troll character come interact with the Harronir?

Thrall has a small moment with the Stormrooks, and Voss does a thing and the rest of the story is very much focused on Alleria, Magni and Anduin.

We know Gobs are gonna be relevant, so i guess horde presence is relegated to patch content.
Maybe they can squeeze some Troll content in with the Harronir, but who knows.

I guess the Talanji model in the early zone previews was a stand in for Onwayna or whatever the Harronir lady is called.

this is what happens when faction identity doesn't matter anymore. they can make a story that fully revolves around alliance npcs without having to care about the horde because "we're friends now"

I think bfa like different faction campaigns but without the faction war is the best way.
Will be kinda annoying running after anduin as my mag'har orc again, like he's my king or something.

Hopefully at least 1 major patch will have focus on horde characters.

Anduin overall is too much of "chosen one of completely everything", even more than thrall was in Cata.

Considering Harronir and Undermine, I think they may a new "tell them what's coming up" kind of mindset.

They were already doing it with the icons in DF but this seems blatant.

I think blood elf players that are old enough to be with WoW for WC2 will still feel some affinity for Alleria even though she is Alliance but yeah, Alleria too. And I assume Arator.
