So Blizz is gonna give us a new Shattrath to replace the Exodar? I assume that will be added for Midnight to coincide with the repaired and revamped Silvermoon.

If it ends up that Xal'atath is actually just a 5th old god, the entire "who is the harbinger?" bit was stupid AF.
Xal'atath was gifted that void staff by Dimensius and was called his harbinger, so it's not surprising she is famous enough for Locus Walker to know who she is.

Does it actually say this somewhere? As far as I've seen she's only ever the harbinger.

Can't remember where I heard/read it, so I might be mistaken. Let me look for a source.

The draenei heritage questline implies they are building a new full city in azeroth, I don't think something as big as this would just be dropped here if there weren't already plans for future expansions about it. Could it be a Midnight content patch, or maybe a future expansion?

Yeah I can't find anything specific stemming from the actual game, so it must have been someone's speculation. It may well be the case though, since the same thing that is happening to Azeroth now, happened to Karesh before Dimensius arrived, and it was never explained how he found it or got there. He is the one who gifted the staff to Xal'atath with some specific goal and intention though so it would make sense if she is one of his many harbingers who sets things in motion to summon/manifest him on a planet. Basically his harbinger on Azeroth.

I think the Draenei heritage questline might be my favorite one yet. It acknowledged all the expanded Draenei lore from WoD like I was hoping (could have used more Rangari, but I'm very glad Auchindoun had a major part in it and their beliefs are back in Draenei culture) and felt like a really good progression for their story.

I think it even took my skin color into account as a Man'ari- for anyone who did this as a classic blue Draenei, did Arzaal talk about you doing good work representing the Penitents (not in a quest dialogue or anything, just when you talk to him during the quests to find totems and kill corrupted animals)? And I really hope we get to see their new city.

Maybe they'll build it in Northrend and it can be the capitol for TLT? With Dalaran seemingly gone we don't have a major civilization there right now, so there's plenty of land for the Draenei to claim.

Ethereals are dope AF, but I hope blizz remembers they were arcane focused in tbc, and there culture was similar to the goblins or Brokers. Everything we've gotten from them recently has been void focused.

What does it mean -Alleria is unbalanced?
She consumed remnants of Naaru in Void form, empowering her Void side.
And in short story - she tells that she is capable of feeling Light from Sunwell. But after that her powers start to be portal of the Void.
My wild guess - She need source of Light magic to balance Void powers in her. So either she comes to Beledar to consume it, but after it magic is consumed - she comes to Sunwell, consuming it to herself, starting massive Void incursion.
And by that she becomes that "child of light and dark"

There's no such term as woman king.

It's possible, but I'm pretty sure that he just meant that she was emotionally unbalanced. She's too worried about her Void powers hurting her family, or her family rejecting her because of the Void, to properly use her powers, and it gives the Void leverage over her (which, ironically, makes her fears far more possible). She has to overcome that to be able to win the coming fights. It'll probably be a major part of TWW just like Anduin's PTSD- the whole double meaning between an actual war within Azeroth and the hero's internal struggles.

As for the Child of Light and Shadow, Arator seems like such an obvious candidate that it's hard to imagine it being anyone else (assuming that plotline even happens at all after Xe'ra said it was actually supposed to be Illidan somehow). He's literally the child of Turalyon (champion of the Light) and Alleria (master of the Void), and with him living in Silvermoon, he's sure to get some actual focus in Midnight.

We did have in our history female rulers who titled themselves as kings.

    Pandaland vibes all over again.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

It wouldn’t feel like a fitting aesthetic or theme for Northrend. If I recall, there was no Draenei presence on Northrend aside from Alliance NPC’s. The new Draenei city will more than likely just be on Azuremyst with Forest Song in Ashenvale being a distant possibility.

As far as capital city for The Last Titan in Northrend… possibilities I could see include Wyrmrest Temple, Coldarra or a Titan city/outpost in Sholazar. Also the chance Blizz try to capitalise on the nostalgia and love for Grizzly Hills so have the capital there.

So as I see it, Dimensius is the void-turned world soul of K'aresh and the same fate for Azeroth is Xal's goal and driving plot of Midnight.

To me, in turn, this also basically confirms that Azeroth isn't a titan. A titan is, analogous to a void lord, an arcane/order turned world soul - which I assume will be a central point of TLT (which will be foiled by us the same as Xal's plan).

Building on Azuremist makes sense, but I couldn't really see it being implemented in-game if that were the case. Sure, Quel'thalas might be getting revamped, but the Draenei starting zones don't really have anything there to justify a return- there's no history or anything beyond it being the place where the Exodar happened to crash. And being isolated islands, it's hard to include in a Northern Kalimdor revamp. Plus... it's just a tiny pair of islands. There isn't exactly room to expand there.

As for Forest Song, or another Kalimdor location, it also fits, but most of it is already controlled territory, and there's already been a lot of conflicts for control over Ashenvale. Would they really want to settle in the middle of their ally's ancestral home, which the Horde has a history of invading for wood? I'd imagine that they'd want their own home rather than just some borrowed land for a city.

Admittedly, I was kind of trying to fit it with what we already know is coming when I brought up the possibility of Northrend, but I think it could fit. Yes, it's different from the lands they settled in on Draenor, but Draenei are survivalists who have settled on many different worlds while fleeing the Legion. Sholazar and Grizzly Hills are both there if they want to settle in another forest (and other zones' climates could have changed during the Cataclysm). And, most importantly, it's mostly unclaimed land. There's a few small settlements left there, but with the Drakkari wiped out and the Dragons back in the Dragon Isles, there's no real civilization left. Plenty of room for them to build an actual nation without having to infringe on other races' borders.

That was a name of extremely feministic movie with that name. That is all. Female king is a queen, and majority of sane people know it.
Same with Emperor - Empress, Priest - Priestess. Its a bit strange to even discuss that.

Archmage Drenden's sudden return feels sooooooooooooo sus. Why did he leave the Council of Six in the first place? Was he fired? And where was he all this time?

It's also funny how there are only humans on the Council now.
