Mind checking which variant is the elite set for Evoker? I need to figure out whether it's time to cry in a corner.

I want to believe the classic Deathwing variant is available, but after Amirdrassil made a Nozdormu themed set and hid the tint that actually looks like it behind Elite I can't make any assumptions anymore.

Sure here it is - tbf, I will only try to get mage and priest next season, everyone else kinda got the worst colours for the elite one haha.

There is great chemistry between these two working. And Faerin painting a picture of the arathi empire as a potential antagonist is great.

I'm getting a Seanchan vibes from the Empire, just with Light zealotry instead of mage slaves. And that after Arathor's dragon tattoos or maybe I'm just primed because of them.

Just saying, an invasion of Kalimdor would be a great chance to do a (partial) revamp including a new Draenei capital - after the world soul saga obviously.

I assume Vaesphera is the void elf player, I'm curious if there are shoutouts for all races or just void elves because they're so extremely opposed to the Empire.


Also, I don't know if Faerin recognizing dragons as legendary beasts means they just know them as legends over there, or if this was a confirmation that Erinethria established her own flight over there.

Who is Vaephera? Is that Alleria?

I assume either the player or perhaps an Arathi term for what Alleria is?

I was more thinking overseas empire with draconian laws generally in opposition to "our" way of life although there will be people (NPCs and Players alike) who sympathize with them anyway. Invading to lay claim to their "native home" - although I think if they invade, they would land in Kalimdor for which they don't really have a direct claim. It's more of a recognizable theme than a carbon copy.

I think all these choices make sense. Alleria and Khadgar are friends to Kurdran and Danath, so it makes sense for them to appear and help their friends. Kurdran also doubles down on Moira being there and having dealings with the earthen. Danath, the last ruler of the kingdom of Strom of the Arathi Highlands, and Turalion, General of the army of light will have deals with the Arathi for sure. So, the alliance side makes a ton of sense to be there.

As for the horde. Let's be honest, the Horde, especially the Orcs NEED to build up face character that are not old. Eitrigg and Drek'thar are old. Most other orc npcs are not that well known by now. Using Thrall to get in Gey'arah and Gorgonna to build them up for the future is great.

There is no good Horde NPC left after so many massacres on our old cast. That's why Blizzard is forced to take one time questgivers from wotlk now.

Like I said, the Jailer taking over Bolvar was the entire explanation the other horsemen weren't there when Sylvanas attacked the frozen throne. We already know opening the veil before Argus was dead would have ruined Zovaal's entire plan, that's why they didn't do that. It had nothing to do with free will.

That "dev" is literally Steve Danuser, aka the narrative lead of the entire Warcraft franchise back then. Youre trying to argue against what was the ultimate story authority back then (no matter if he was competent or not) lul. And no, the story only says that the helmet slowly turns the user more and more "evil"...which has been more or less known for over a decade now. Not putting them under the Jailers control.

Like it or dislike it - the Jailer didnt control the LKs. The very reason he was so pissed at all of them is bc all of them gave him the finger and did their own thing, instead of following his plans.

Earthen actually get a cool little starting mini zone and questline, with some RP options for your character. Hopefully this is the new path moving forward and they all get little intros. But new starting quests are exciting!

I just want to say the same - you even get a race specific starter set that's basically mini-heritage armour, instead of the generic stuff other races start in.

I agree with the earlier comments on them raiding Kalimdor. You have good set up with the Maghar and the Draenei having interesting reactions to it, and it would be interesting how the Night Elves respond.

Would be cool if after TLT there is a huge Kalimdor expansion, then Avaloren after that, then ????
