I know most people think that the idea was just the writers are shit and wanted Titans 2.0 but I think it is a deliberate choice that they do the EXACT same thing (order things and use robots to enforce their will)
The First Ones have no similarities to the Titans outside of the fact that both involve order and have factories. Unless Blizzard straight up retcons the Progenitors, the safest bet to make is that the First Ones are their own thing, and that's okay.

The First Ones have no similarities to the Titans outside of their two biggest similarities that encompass most of what they do (create order through robots)

Don't say I didn't warn you either if Chronicle 4 doubles down on it. Also, DF confirms that the First Ones and the Titans are NOT the same. This theory needs to stop.

The Titans definitely took inspiration from their creators, sure, but that's it.

That's not what they do tho. The First Ones' magics range from orderly to chaotic, while the Titans magics aren't akin to that at all (They're JUST orderly), and the Progenitors are also known to have created the Cosmic forces and the Realms of said forces (As displayed with Zereth Mortis and the Sepulcher), while the Titans are known to have ordered an already created universe.

This isn't a debate. They're not the same. Their factories are different and are made for different purposes, their creations are different, etc.

Don't count on it, but yes we will see. If they are retconned, I wouldn't be surprised. But that's to be revealed.

It's not that serious. So what if I do end up liking Dimensius? If he's a badass Void Lord, I'll hype him up. Will do the same to Iridikron, as I imagine he'll be the main antagonist in TLT.

The only source that the radiant song is azeroth was in the subtitles of the cinematic from blizzcon. Though, i doubt that, since it would be a huge spoiler if they would write there anything besides azeroth. From everything in game, it is at most conjecture that it "might" be azeroth, but no 100% undeniable proof yet.

Then be glad we'll probably not see another Zereth for the next 5 years lol

Dickmann's Law: As a discussion on the Lore forums becomes longer, the probability of the topic derailing to become about Sylvanas approaches 1.

Tinkers will be the next Class confirmed.

Of course we don't know, but considering how the Naaru work and how light things in the physical universe work, it is likely that the whole "light and void" cycle only applies to when things are in the Mortal Plane, as that would make the most sense considering pure Light and Void can't exist in the Beyond on their own.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.

Also the Progenitors are literally the Ancient Aliens meme of WoW.

And yet, Dimensius existed on K'aresh, and on Outland. Also, we don't know if higher light beings can not exist in reality, it was only ever stated for the void lords. Which makes sense if we look at the void as ravenous consumption (like K'ure in Oshu'gun or L'ura in the seat of the triumvirate), and perhaps the hunger of voidlords is so immense, that nothing can sustain that hunger, thus they get kicked out of reality. And where the void is consumption, light is more in generation and stasis (there was a point of crystal encased light worlds, where nothing dies).

My assumption is that everything we didn't learn about the First Ones, the Seventh Force, and whatever threat Zovaal was fearing, will never be fully revealed, instead it'll be used sparingly as teasing mysteries, to reintroduce an unknown cosmos that was lost when the Titans were explained too much.
But your duty to Azeroth is not yet complete. More is demanded of you... a price the living cannot pay.

I think that's gonna be something saved for the FAR FAR future of WoW. Like in the next 25 years

I think the worldsouls arent Titans.

If worldsouls are influenced more by order, they become titans.

If worldsouls are influenced equally by ALL the forces, they become "first ones" ot the seventh force

That's why the planet is A-zeroth (without a zereth?)

It would follow the pattern of other Blizzard games: the creator(s) is(are) divided, and the "ingredients" put together bring the creator again.

In SC2, a new Xel Naga raises when the purity of form and purity of essence are together.

In Diablo, mortals have angelic (light) and demonic (flesh) heritage. Anu, the creator, was also one in the origin.

    .....

In fact, maybe each Titan is order + a little bit of another force. For example, Eonar is order + life

We have Magni specifically reaching out to Azeroth to glean any information about what the Radiant Song is for. He wakes up and tells us that Azeroth was trying to tell us Algar is under threat.

Even if he didn't hear the Song (which he didn't, he was one of many to not hear it), if he asked Azeroth what she's blabbing on about with this Radiant Song and it was in fact not her singing it - she would probably have said "Yo, that ain't me.", not give an entire reason of what the song was warning.

I think they ARE Titans, but I think Azeroth is unique.

Another expansion, another preoccupation with who has the biggest stick at the expense of actual character.
