I'm still salty we didn't get a Ny'alotha zone. All the grand, ominous temples and tall spires filled with tentacled monsters and cultists baying for heretical blood is my fucking jam. BfA really went through far too many cool concepts in a single expansion.

Still, a properly made Nerubian zones with heavy Void undertones is something I can work with too.

I am hoping we still get a zone that's a pocket of the Black Empire left untouched for millennia

Maybe even a friendly k'thir allied race

Are you sure? There's no elevators or ropes or stuff like that? You can walk on spiderwebs at least?

I mean sure and there are some elevator things. But good luck traversing that zone without flight, it is extremely vertical and with multiple levels stacked on top of each other.

As long as that's possible I don't mind. I want to be immersed into the zone for my first time, not above it.

I don't think your immersion will suffer in that zone if you fly. So many creatures in that zone are flying to begin with.

Well it will certainly look bigger, won't it?

I mean, I did the Zaralek Cavern campaign strictly on foot/with a ground mount.

Zaralek wasn't really vertical. It had locations at different elevations but you could still project the zone on 2D if you wanted. Rarely did you have multiple locations on the same axis. In Azj'kahet you may be questing in three different locations that are on top of each other (and look completely different)

Also all the underground zones have very high ceilings in TWW; Zaralek did not have that high a ceiling. There is always space to fly high if you want.

Nah. It's backpedalling. Everyone can see it. You were pressing that it wasn't the World Soul. It is.

It just means you're media illiterate and cowardly.

Did not expect 26th of August as release date, wonder if they decided to speed it up a bit?

Not complaining either way, excited for launch!

What annoys me about Zaralek is that they didn't do anything with the ceiling of Zaralek. So much wasted space.

Looks like they didn’t watch to sandwich it up with Diablo IV expansion too

Wrathin comes back? Dragon expansion clearly!
LK part of a quest? Wotlk 2 clearly!
Sylvanas working with a death master? Shadowlands clearly!

At the point we're headed for Wrath of the Shdowlands Dragon Isles Lich and tinkers.

Female characters don't need to be attractive. What's wrong with you, guys? Are you really drooling over digital characters? I can't stand modern representation and even i don't get this desire for beautiful females. What is it worth if that charater is written like a hot garbage? Moira isn't good looking. Neither is Talanji or Ashvane. Meanwhile, we have this new Xal'atath and Alleria who are supposedly attractive but, to me, are boring as fuck. They have no personality whatsoever. It's about being badass, not good looking. Jaina became cool when she went batshit crazy and wanted to drown orgrimmar with all its citizens. Sylvanas turning Banshee just added another layer to her badassery. Tyrande almost killing Sylvanas in a fit of rage, as a Night Warrior, was what i wanted out of this character. Meanwhile, we have Dagran, Moira's son, who looks lame as fuck. That's the true crime of TWW. With two overly ambitious parents, his looks are a complete subversion of what i expected and a total letdown.

Leaving aside that nobody actually said that, we will likely be seeing them for the rest of the saga. Not just TWW.

I came here today to read about some interesting observations from the cinematic, some lore theories, but ended up with 10 pages of cringe scuffle about a character. Thank goodness people calmed down a bit towards the end and talked about Undermine and Rootlands. I'd just like to remind you that this is the "World Soul Saga Speculation" Thread.

    That'd be overusing them.

Bro, that's a super cool idea. Back during the first fight with Sarkaret, I was discussing with the guys that his cosmic void magic is very similar to Elune's setting, and that it would be a very serious plot twist to have Elune either directly from the void or somehow connected to it. Then there was a video from megadungeon of a mysterious figure standing in the shadows, and our first thoughts were “it would be cool if it was Elune” But after that our joking hopes were quickly dashed by the Xal'atath reveal. But after your post, I got the impression, but were they really dashed?

Just look at design of "Elune related" weapon of Tyrande and others, and a original Xal'Atath blade

Don’t know what it’s like in other areas but as a black person who lives around a lot of middle eastern/Indian people, melanin isn’t the be all end all.

Pretty much every one will refer to features or cultural garb before Melanin and you can have a “brown” middle easterner who is darker then a “black” African/Caribbean/Jamaican person and they will never be referred to as black.
All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.

Those inclusions would be quite a departure from previous expansion classes.
    another profession change
    new race with multiple classes
    delves with an ai companion
    warbands
    cross realm guilds iirc

    DF gave
    dragon riding
    talent trees
    profession revamp
    new race with 1 class

as for the new class possibilities im going to not engage in that discussion when you have shown in the past you arent open to differing ideas.
