are damage meter addons working on beta yet?
i wanna see how my WW procs are doing because currently the MoP cloak talent seems like the obvious choice over hit combo and the Shado pan flurry stack change is amazing

Yes, and until now there was no apparent effect from that energy. That gives me a thought, nothing we have seen in TWW really deals with the sword as of yet, even though it was a pretty big center piece for the cinematic reveal. Whatever other patches we might get, the tip of the sword must be somewhere in it to make sense.
There seems to be a set number of Earthen. They talk about making new Earthen in questlines & when you get the machine that makes Earthen up & running & unlock the allied race, the starting questline talk about how each new Earthen is simply an old Earthen given a new body. So they're functionally immortal in a completely-bypasses-the-shadowlands kind of way. Although that's strange because they have monuments that serve as epitaphs to Earthen.
Seems like the actual "essence" of an Earthen is a core crystal that can be installed into a new Earthen, but if that gets destroyed they're actually dead.

so Xal tries to make alleria her vessel and instead gets absorbed which makes alleria go a bit loony.
midnight is caused by alleria inadvertantly and we get to handle void incursions. Alleria will die and Arator will take his place as the child of light and shadow.
the last titan will have illidaniel return and Anduin marry Arthas's neice which will trigger half the fanbase providing more entertainment than the betrayal of the titans
I mean that aligns with how there are no ghosts of Titan constructs, they don't have actual souls. The titans can be reduced into their constellation forms but the constructs don't work that way.
When a construct gets "curse of flesh"d that is when they start having a soul for whatever reason.
Interesting wording. So azerite isn't just azeroths blood, but enriched with energies from the sword?
It's mentioned that the crystal in hallowfall turned dark the day sargeras plunged the sword into the world. They start to build up a storyline there.
Or the soul is just in the gem core. That makes more sense than millions of souls just popping into existence when the Curse of Flesh happened. The Child of Light & Shadow doesn't matter anymore. It was illidan & he did wat the Naaru's prophesy did. Or you mean the Vrykul prophesy which was Anduin. How stupid was it that two completely unrelated prophecies used the same nomenclature?
Sure, but then they'd have to reckon with the Earthen being the one playable race that doesn't have a soul. There is going to eventually be some raid mechanic or story contrivance that will make the devs go "Earthen have souls." Farseer Earthen have Ancestor spirits, for example.
I didn't consider the Veil death runback, but then again it is just gameplay over lore. Only DH's have the lore reason for why they never ever truly die (I am not counting the "Valkyr Spirit Healers & Kyrian don't bring back the PC because it's not their time" as concrete lore)
Kind of a weird question/thought... do you think Blizzard will add your Hero Spec title to your character's tooltip?
When you click on or over over a friendly player:
Personally, I think it would be a cool addition. Especially for players who are not 100% aware of all of the Hero Spec names and encountering a random player in the world with a certain Hero Spec may incentivize to play another class.Bigchungus

I was looking forward to making an earthen warrior main alt for TWW but their customization options are quite underwhelming compared to normal dwarves(cant choose moustache + beard separately, too much focus on gems that will be covered by armor...), as well as their racials... Should I just go with normal dwarf warrior?
Rather than the canyon mountains deleted wholesale and replaced by more generic docks and piers like we have already seen in Stormwind/Boralus/Zandalar, I think it would be more unique if instead cavern spaces were excavated inside the canyon mountains so the Horde could have internal cavern docks (which would make the Horde's navy protected from aerial bombardment by Dalaran and Alliance airships, which made it to the Siege of Orgrimmar unimpeded), like the Iron Maidens area inside BRF. Though, adding that onto the current layout of Cata Orgrimmar would make for an increasingly incoherent city. It might be better to just redesign the entire city zone from the ground up.
