No it's not. Dragonflights only weak point was that we didn't had "our gang" with us but had to follow the Aspects who were a family of their own, and you will never be part of that. I'm feeling far more home alongside Thrall, Jaina or even Baine, as these are on par and friends with our characters since Legion.

I'm glad we are actually getting our team back with TWW. Stop with the "unknown adventurer" bullshit. I want to be the hero of the story again.

The titans were the original Gods in the Wow universe - they have always felt mysterious and leagues above us mortals.
Since they added the cosmic forces lore, we now see that each 'power' should have its own titan equivalent.

The eternal ones never felt on the same level as titans while playing shadowlands. Sure they may have been drained of some anima, but the fact we just hang out with some of them in their house kind of downplays their stature.

Are the wild gods really the same level as titans? Who was supposed to be in charge of Disorder before Sargeras took it? It would be cool if some of these deities looked really unique and not just big humans with fancy armour

Because the Eternal Ones and their realms are linked. It's no different to how a Titan is weakened when they're in fel-saturated areas or when they're siphoned of their order magics and/or essence, or how an Old God is weakened when shackled by Order chain, or how a Void Lord is weakened in the Dark Beyond since it's hard for an embodiment of literal non-existence to thrive there.

Just be glad they never put a numerical value on any character's power level. Then this shit would get REALLY tiring.
Reminder that putting numbers on power levels is usually stupid and it's ruined by the fact that: A. Characters can hide their true power (Hence making numbers useless regardless), and B. After a certain point, numbers quite literally become irrelevant due to the characters power being so high. Dragon Ball quite literally ended up following this rule after a certain point.

    For saga I predict:
    - TWW will end with Xalatath successfully corrupting world soul, light infested Sunwell will become last bastion before Azeroth fully transform into Void Lord
    - we will completely defeat Void at the end of Midnight and discover true nature of world souls, titan instalation will send distress signal to seat of pantheon
    - The Last Titan will be war against Order, kinda reverse Legion, Iridikron will be our ally, in the end Azeroth will be born as first world soul without influence of any power or just fully awake but residue inside planet.

Yep. Occam's razor, it's not coincidence that First Ones and robots starting each force are slowly buried when Metzen returned. At some point they will say Zereth was something unique to Shadowlands, probably when lore will focus on Elune/life side.
"The Progenitor stuff is being buried since Metzens return"

Yeah that's probably a coincidence considering that, since Eternity's End, Blizzard wanted to focus more plotlines that were close to home. And considering the recent double downs of the Progenitors both in this book and Dragonflight, ontop of the fact that Metzen and Danuser worked on the foundations for the Worldsoul Saga before Danuser left, imma assume Metzen didn't bury shit lol

Anyway, this is a pointless discussion, and not relevant at all. Hopefully we will soon get more interesting topics to consider.
Reminder that size doesn't mean shit. Thought all the bosses we faced in WoW were evidence enough.

    - - - Updated - - -

Besides, we don't know if the Eternal Ones can go planet sized or not. And if they can't, then it's possible the Titans probably can't either in their own realm (assuming an Order Realm exists, of course).

Just got the collector's edition, the book and statue are super cool.

The book is written from Thrall's pov in a way, it's cool

Of all the images i found this one here very interesting. Sure they wield the pillars of creation, but i also think, these 5 are the Keepers that will stand at our side once TLT comes along (minus Ra-Den). Tyr, Freya, Thorim and Archaedas could be the "we stand with the mortals" Keepers. With the other Keepers (Odyn, Mimiron, Hodir) standing with the Titans no matter what they do.

Do people actually enjoy adventuring with Jaina and friends anymore? Like once upon a time it was novel to have them join you. Especially following the RTS games. But its so, so overplayed at this point its become a nuisance.

And often their involvement means your character is just regulated to being a camera prop that follows them around while they throw out the word "hero" or "champion" a few times to make you feel involved. Its definitely an aspect where less is more imo.

I think Jaina, Thrall and Anduin as travel companions have become too big. We need a fresh cast that makes sense to be fighting alongside. Taelia Fordragon, Geya'rah, Thaelin Darkanvil, the people from Exile's Reach, the class order hall people. More grounded people, not leaders of nations and factions.

From the bottom left, ascending clockwise: Archaedas, Tyr, Ra(den), Freya, and Thorim.

This is why even though some portions of the Dragonscale Expedition weren't great, I am happy to see them return as the Algari Expedition. A neutral base as a liason between factions would be a good in world excuse for us to work together (on top of the armistice). I'd just love to see more cultural identity imbued in it. The Reliquery camps were cool, as were the Explorer's League, and I looooved seeing the Nightborne guards in their own style armor, but I would love to see NPCs that aren't just wearing the button up shirt and vest or mage tier robe. Let them breathe and bring their own cultural angle to the table and I think this neutral body can work well.

Maybe the can absorb/combine with the remnants of the Kirin Tor if Dalaran never returns.

This is plausible. Although, Archaedas is dead, I can still see Tyr, Freya, and Thorim standing with mortals. Those 3 exemplify the qualities/characteristics that better line up with the mortals of Azeroth.

Odyn, Hodir, and Mimiron definitely have the "facts > feelings" mentality, utilizing calculated logic and following whatever the Titan Pantheon wants.

It's a shame Highkeeper Ra died. I would have loved to see his interactions with the Pantheon once they return to Azeroth. Dude was in major depressive despair for thousands of years, held captive and drained of his power for even longer, and believed his creators to be dead. I wish he could have gotten some closure before his death.

Exploring Kalimdor: EK has him as dormant/deactivated.

And even if that wasn't the case, he's a sentient robot and his body is intact and readily accessible to us.
Blizzard can bring him back at any time.

Thorim is the one I'm not sure about. He likes us, but he's very close with Hodir and Mimiron and is very wrathful. I feel like he would turn on us just for questioning the titans, but maybe everything with Loken has caused him to doubt.

Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
