Two burning questions I have right now:

1.) Is what actually happens to Dalaran going to be part of the pre-patch questline at some point? Or is it going to be completely encrypted till launch day?

2.) Is it becoming abundantly clear to anyone else that Vareesa, not Jaina, should have been a major figure in this expansion? I know people think she's going to pop up doing some important moment in Alleria's storyline but why wouldn't she be here the whole time? She's way more relevant to the overall story than Jaina. It seems like they simply forgot Vareesa existed.

Done a few of the new Memory events.

What an absolute gotdamn laggy nightmare. It's not so bad once we split from the initial blob to go get the individual events but the final boss is a trashfire aswell.

i only experienced problems with the dragonblight one. The other two were way more stable.

Why wouldn’t, arguably, the most powerful mortal alive on Azeroth, want to be at the forefront of what is seemingly the biggest threat to Azeroth since the Legion invasion? Especially so after the wizard city of which she has several ties has just been destroyed.

Probably launch. From what we know about Dalaran's fate so far, it already wouldn't make sense to see it before then- it crashes on Khaz Algar with you literally dropped right onto the Isle of Dorn. No real way to stall for a few weeks and send you back to the current zones in the middle of that.

I feel like they're probably saving Vereesa for Midnight's Elven unification plotline right now. She and Arator should be important there.

You know who has more ties to Dalaran than Jaina? Vareesa, with the exception her absence being lampshaded by her "moving to an undisclosed location at some point" after the fact by the writers.

I don't see them updating an existing model that severely. Apparently the pointed ear Arathi are less than one half elf.

Aye, suggesting Magni just ordered Dagran assassinated out of "disapproval" is pretty revisionist. While Magni's treatment of Moira is obviously meant to be subpar, people are a bit inclined to forget that Dagran was a pretty nasty type and that Magni didn't exactly have any means of knowing that Moira defected.

Yknow, we actually don't know how Dagran I and Moira first met, was she exchanging letters as part of diplomatic talks? Was he planning to get tge Bronzebeards to help him free his people from Ragnaros?

Or was he thinking that by conquering the other dwarves that he'd spare them the worst of the old gods inevitable return?

They will, they always just do it as beta is winding down which it is now, so it's not unusual for it to come out this late. Either this week or the next.

Arcane has become too flamboyant. I preferred when it was a reserved blue / purple and not hot pink. And also when the arcane familiar was an orb. Not that I ever liked using arcane familiar.

Arcane has become too flamboyant. I preferred when it was a reserved blue / purple and not hot pink. And also when the arcane familiar was an orb. Not that I ever liked using arcane familiar.

Take it as a tradeoff with Shadow, which has become less purple & more deep blue as time goes on. But as far as I can remember, Arcane Missiles & Explosion have always been pink.

According to Chronicles, Moira was originally kidnapped by Dagran—but he had more respect for her than Magni ever did and confessed that he ultimately wanted to free the Dark Iron from Ragnaros, so Moira fell in love with him.
