Wut? Everyone in game I met was praising recent changes. Loot is not 100%, but every boss drop 1400 currency (every time of course) and small event (which you spam more often) - 200. Also I hopped between realms a lot and never had big lag, but it was in the morning, I will try again in the evening.
Overall in 2 hours (with 3 dailies that give 9000 total) I geared single character from 0 and had some warbound pieces spared.
Yes you can farm the ressource quicker, but I actually prefer to drop stuff instead of having to grind it out. Yesterday every of my alts always got 1-3 pieces of loot guaranteed for 5 minutes of work, while today I got the same amount during an hour. The other problem is that if you are unlucky you won't get loot from the final boss which is still the biggest junk of it.
So yeah, it's not that much worse if you like grinding and repeating it but still not great idk.
Or maybe I'm just unlucky, but the intended statemant of "we want the event to drop more loot" is defo not true lol.
Update: Finished the pet grind (did the mounts yesterday) so maybe it will feel better now that I can spend the currency on gear .... still would prefer it to drop the stuff rather than getting it from a vendor, as that's just boring, but whatever.

When did Legion Dalaran shift back to Sunreavers and Silver Covenant? 10.2.7 or pre-patch?
Is this the first time that we can't see the new continent on the big map during prepatch ?
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
Quick question for y'all. Anyone know the theme that starts during 0:39 here?
It plays during the TBC and Cata login OST's as well.
I was surprised to find out tonight that the broom mount from the trading post some months back is able to skyride. The blog post Blizzard put out about skyriding a while back mentions brooms so I had figured...well, guess I figured wrong, in the end.

Mostly World of Warcraft stuff
Perhaps @Marlamin can shed some light on this, but when you scroll through the icon list in-game, if you're trying to set an icon for your Warband bank tab for example, you see a bunch of interesting icons of unreleased items.
For example, the chain mail bikini teased a couple of years ago. But also a neat new shield and lance weapon. A dozen different armour pieces and weapons that look sort of like mail armour, for example the one with the chain mail coif that we saw a good while ago but never got in the game.
Is there a way to confirm anything about these items based on where they appear in the database? For example, the Wanderer and Vagabond sets we usually get in the Trading Post seem to be ordered someway in the icon list. Can we use this to infer when other unreleased items in the database will be in the Trading Post?
I doubt that since they seem to be quite flexible with the way they put stuff in the trading post, aswell as ingame rewards. F.e. the old god fishs were initially all marked as trading post items afaik but one of them got later added to a TWW fishing achievement. I mean, they also literally either changed the design goal of the monthly rewards or someone on the trading post team really thinks stuff like the target on the back are "the most exciting item on the August trading post!". Also keep in mind, atleast initially we were supposed to get monthly "preview packages" in the store but they seem to have dropped that thanks to "feedback", without giving us more regular tendies or anything else in return. Last but not least the monthly prime rewards are also no longer a thing which were another source of potential future trading post stuff, while the twitch promotions are only for new major patches if we are lucky. Really wish they would bring back all of these (the monthly store teasers, prime rewards aswell as more twitch goodies but instead of giving us the same thing via 3 promotions maybe just do new stuff this time).
