Eonar makes the most sense for a friendly Titan. She has her ties to Elune and has gone against Aman'thul already, plus apparently she and Aggramar were the ones who convinced the Pantheon to save Azeroth in the past. Apart from her though, I don't really think we know any of the other Titans well enough to guess what side they'd be on.

Also, I wonder if they might canonize Amitus, the peacekeeping Titan from Hearthstone (who supposedly disappeared after Sargeras's corruption). She could potentially be an ally with ties to the Light just as Eonar is sympathetic to Life. Or create entirely new Titans that we haven't heard of yet.



He probably isn't strong enough to beat a Titan in a straight fight, but I'm sure he wouldn't be luring them back without some kind of plan. He's been set up as a cunning character so far.

Plus it'd be a waste to spend three expansions building up to his plan for him to just fail completely.

Wouldn't be shocked if the First Ones told the Titans to protect the Worldsouls, but only Eonar and Aggramar wanted to stay the course while Aman'Thul most likely wanted to pump them with Order magics.

Someone mentioned a few pages back they they hope and could see Iridikron being a Titan slayer in The Last Titan. I’m a fan of Iridikron at the moment, but I definitely think it’s essential that he achieves some level of his goal, by killing at least one Titan.

I think if he does kill one, I could see it being Khaz’garoth. Khaz’garoth is the shaper of mountains and valleys, so he’s essentially the “Earth” Titan. Being Iridikron is the Earth Primal
incarnate, it just feels the most fitting that Khaz is one of the potential Titans Iridikron takes out.

Aman’thul and Norgannon are likely the ones to oppose us, with Aggramar and Eonar being the likely ones to assist us. Though I’d prefer Eonar to actually be a villain. That leaves Golganeth and Khaz’garoth as the wild cards. If Iridikron kills both, then even better as it truly establishes him but if he’s destined to only take one then Khaz feels the most poignant. Khaz and Golg also feel the most expendable out of the Pantheon in terms of importance and popularity.

I'm not sure how they will go about it but I'm quite confident he will kill at least one, otherwise building up his plan from DF would have been a massive waste of time.

It's also possible he might turn out to be a character similar to Illidan, lures the titans back, shows us they are actually evil and dangerous and helps us to defeat them.

I really like him as a character tbh and kind of hope we don't kill him asap in TLT lol

I half expect him to be the final boss of the Saga in the end. I don't know exactly how we would get there, but the Saga is supposed to be the climax to all of WoW so far, so it feels right for it to end with us finally fighting the original main villain of the franchise.

Maybe something like:

Launch story, Titans return and Iridikron kills one or 2
Iridikron raid, the Pantheon's true motives are revealed at the climax (Iridikron either dies or becomes an ally)

13.1- Pantheon raid, Aman'thul final boss
Sargeras returns

13.2- Final battle with Sargeras (potentially the titular Last Titan after the Pantheon is wiped out and Azeroth becomes something else)

Maybe, but I don't think a titan dying would make sense, or at least not for this arc. Maybe have Azeroth serve her true purpose and grow into a being with every single force in-mind (Which is what I think a world-souls true nature is), and then maybe have the next arc be us and the Titans Vs some other crazy force, maybe from Disorder. Cause I'd LOVE to see more stuff from Disorder.

I'd like to see the Titans return at the end of 13.0 tbh. Have 13.0 focus on the Keepers, Iridikron, and maybe Helya.

13.0 having Helya invade Ulduar would be really fucking cool imo. Then 13.1 could focus on the Titans and their true goals for Azeroth, and 13.2 could be the final battle against Iridikron.

It would basically be this:

13.0's final boss is Amplified Helya (Where we are aided by all the keepers)

13.1's final boss is Sargeras (We don't kill him, but we do beat him in a trial by combat)

13.2's final boss is Iridikron (Where we are either aided by the Titans, or we turn the tables once more and save the Titans from certain defeat).

Soooo .... Overwatch 2 is coming to Gamepass and they give you a bunch of ingame goodies next month, with more monthly stuff following. What are the chances that we will see that for WoW too?

Like, worst case, a normal wow sub would give you perk A (traders tanders, 6 month goodies, 1 year goodies) while gamepass would give you perk B (a bunch of goodies initially with monthly goodies similiar to the twitch gaming promotions) and if you want everything, you have to pay twice? Tbf I have no clue how other microsoft games that may be sub based and also be on Gamepass are handling this, and I don't really have experience with gamepass itself so it might be actually worth it if you play other games aswell (or just Overwatch and WoW I guess). Keep in mind that Overwatch currently only really works with the Battlepass if you want cosmetics, and from what I read that's NOT included in the gamepass, so it's basically an additional sub for even more goodies each month instead of only your seasonal battlepass costs.

Don't want to fearmonger and honestly, not sure what to think of it since I don't really want another sub running alongside my games, but than again I also don't really know what gamepass itself brings to the table for PC games anyways, haha.

(on the plus side you keep any cosmetics if you cancel gamepass in overwatch so at worst you just sub if you want something specific I guess?)

They may eventually, especially if it ever comes to console, but imo they will lose too much money bringing WoW to gamepass. I could see them giving u the latest xpac for free with gamepass, and increasing the free content stuff to the past expansion, but they wont remove the sub for current stuff anytime soon.

IMO DF's story and narrative was bad, mostly tolerable because the Incarnates were really cool, and there were also some pretty good side quests.

It seems impossible that TWW's story will not be at least better than DF's. But hey, we are talking about Blizzard so who knows. I am going reasonably blind to the main questline of this expansion. I hope to be surprised and to enjoy a decent development of events.

BTW, Gamescom is about to begin. Might we get some leaks between today and tomorrow? I feel that Blizzard might surprise us and go big with WoW and announce more than we expect. There is no Blizzcon this year so this is their only chance in some time and before the WSS begins to bring attention to the game and to address the general public and not just WoW fans like us.

Maybe we'll get some news about the 20th birthday event ? I'm pretty sure they're keeping the Sylvanas set as a reward for the event but I wonder what are they keeping in store ? I mean, we had a Deathwing mount which is already pretty iconic. I can hardly see anything more iconic for the 20th birthday.

There's still the very first mail set designed (or one of the first set at least) who was revamped in HD and it's still unused to this day (like a lot of IG stuff you'll tell me but still)



I wonder if they'll revamp the first set of each armor type and give it as a nostalgia reward alongside some emblematic vanilla weapon. Also I wonder if they'll announce anything for Classic too. (Maybe an exclusive dungeon release for SoD ?)

Technically, yes, but we are different here in germany compared to america. If we get leaks it would be from one of the industry people, so not very likely.

Just looked up the gamescom site to see anything interesting, this was on the event page for xbox, which has blizzard under it

I am going to say no. I imagine that once they have gone all the way to SoD Naxxramas that they will just reset it back to the beginning.
They mentioned the possibility of new dungeons and raids, so I could see another SoD with stuff like a Redridge dungeon, or Hearthglen raid.
