She's obvisouly playing The floor is lava, can mean only one thing...
It feels like the one constant we have with all of these misdirections is that she's trying to pull us away from whatever she's actually doing. To quote Khadgar on more than one occasion now, "this isn't the real fight."
IMO, she's absolutely guiding us around like lost puppies at this point. Fighting a Nerubian Queen & Empire that seem to essentially be unimportant to her plans. Having us fight a Nerubian invasion while her main plan was to go to the Priory & mess with Beledar. Having us fly Dalaran out, just to reveal she's actually secretly been pretending to be someone else for years. She's done enough that I find myself wondering about Alleria's shot on the Dark Heart and how serious that was (though her reaction made me think it was an actual blow to her plans).
At this point, I have to wonder if any sort of attempt she might make on the Sunwell (likely given the already spoken themes of Midnight and her constant teasing of Alleria) would be little more than a way for her to get the Titans to Azeroth for us to destroy.
well you already know she's going to do something to the sunwell because midnight takes place around there, so what she's doing right now is mostly "filler"
Yeah, which is why i really hope they reveal at least something about her actual plan soon.
That whole "Your victory here is unimportant bc my ACTUAL plan, which you dont know about, is still going strong muhahaha" shtick got so annoying with the Janitor and Sylvanas, repeating it with Xal already would quickly get old as well i think.
The crooked shitposter with no eyes is watching from the endless thread.
From the space that is everywhere and nowhere, the crooked shitposter feasts on memes.
He has no eyes to see, but he dreams of infinite memeing and trolling.
I will not reply to posts that are non-constructive or contain flaming and/or trolling.
There's a significant thing which is easily missed.
"You promised..." was the exact same last words words when Xala'tath betrayed Mogdud Thaurassian in Grim Batol and turned all the remaining Dark Iron's into Skardyn who are featured heavily in the TWW
If you consume the potion which allows you to read the manuscripts in Azj'Kahet a book tells you the full family tree.
Queen Anub'izek. The first line in the family, founded Ahn'Kahet the Old Kingdom and told everyone to do a runner when the Old Gods forces got in, then founded Azj'Kahet, fled when the void arrived there also but completely disappeared.
Queen Xekatha - Had a love for shimmerworms, was plagued by a Grand Splicer Kizirith
Queen Zeltra - Led to them to Troll Aqir war when the population wanted no war, a war-mongerer basically, she was exiled from the Kingdom and believed to be still alive.
The most common theme occurring is the Void was already amongst them without them realising and it's basically become a copy/paste of the War of the Three Hammers.
Given Zeltra's involvement in the Troll Aqir war and we already know that she's planning on invading Quel'Thelas, where the Amani built a city on top of a dead C'Thraxxi, she's plowing the seeds for a 2nd Troll Aqir war basically and use the Nerbuians as part of the Quel'Thelas invasion force. Which makes more sense than her turning up at the gates of Silvermoon and saying Hi can I come in.
So I'd be very surprised if there was a conclusion to this in TWW.
I don't want to speculate too much but given how it's the 1st part of the Trilogy and there was zero plot development in the cutscene, the expansion could just feature all the armies she's managed to coup d'etat who she will be bringing to Quel'Thelas with her.

Hey guys, y'all know about the 7th power, right? SL talked about it a ton.
What if I told y'all that it was hinted at as early as 7.0.3?
SL has been retconned to the death, pun intended already like an ex-girlfriend who you regret getting with.
Even Silvermoon lore has been secretly retconned for Midnight, they've stripped poor Halduron Brightwing who's still alive and well residing in Dornogal of his Ranger General title and given it to Alleria so I would honestly just take the major characters from that expansion and their current whereabouts and put it into the current timeline and forget about literally everything else.
Shadowlands has not been retconned at all (Xal'atath references the Shadowlands in this very expac btw). What are you talking about?
Also, is it shown that Alleria's ranger general of Silvermoon, or is the ranger general title for Alleria more-so in regards to the Alliance and the Void Elves?
Not being mentioned != retconned.
Not sure why you think there can't be more than one Ranger General, especially when Brightwing's title would be inapplicable to Alleria because she is no longer a member of the Blood Elf military.
Seems you're just really bad at this whole lore stuff, constantly getting things wrong.
I'll make an Imgur link with all the pictures talking about each implication (both supposed and confirmed) of the 7th power. I talked to someone on Discord about it, so I'll just screenshot what I said and put em into said imgur post.

Even though Ansurek is pretty one-note, the Kaheti story is really interesting and I like the side characters a lot (including Neferess). I really hope the Ascended become playable as there is some amazing lore setup with them and it would be cool to have another void-oriented race besides Void Elf.
Delves are actually quite challenging huh I thought they'd be a walk in the park but not really. Getting my ass handed to me on Spriest lol
I like that it wasn't a 1/1 of Suramar. The dissidents don't feel hopeless until we come along, it was more that we simply stumbled into their plan and they saw our usage.
On another note, I can't help but reflect at how much better the Earthen, their edicts and order overall achieve the predestination feeling than anything in Shadowlands came close to. It's just far more thought out and grounded in the lore.
Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
