"Continue the story of The War Within and uncover a familiar face in the darkness."
It's Gallywix, isn't it?
Still dream of a final patch where we take an airship across the sunless sea to beneath Silithus. See titan machinery and old god servants. And end with a final boss against C'thun.
Sadly we will probably just get another nature themed zone with little variation on what we have seen before.

No, the question was really about why the undead skin was made available to other classed, while being called dark ranger. Its been said this was to roleplay, the san"layn. Which was confimed to be darkfallen mages etc. It never made sense, not in the name and also not in giving it to void elves. Who werent even at darkshore. No explanation was given.
As of those ears. Well this was explained in one of the tablets or lore dumps with the Arathi. For some weird reason elves ended up with them. Now all of them have them. I know its bad, but its there.
The story is pointing us towards the Coreway finale more than Rootlands IMO. I don't think it got cut, but maybe turned into a Megadungeon?
I wanna be a half-elf so much but my character has a complete backstory RP problems.
He is probably dead. But that doesnt mean there isnt some way to have his body be revived, or fight an echo of his essence, or some other option from the myriad available.
Mostly I just want to see what Silithus looks like under the sand. And crossing the sunless sea from Hallowfall is too perfect an opportunity for me to ignore.

We don't know what the bottom of the Coreway looks like though to be fair. Only that it's below us. We also don't really know where the Rootlands are, only that it's somewhere close to Azj'kahet, which coincidentally the Earthen in the theater play had topass through to get to the bottom of the Coreway,

I don't think that's feasable with what we have visually represented already in the game.
I think we'll get a more gloomy Everbloom with mushroom subzones.
As the Haranir and the vegetation around the roots very much resembles what we saw in Gorgrond, and the shrooms are the most prominent secondary/minor biome we got, which is also visible in the launch cinematic around Orweyna.

I think there is a decent chance that the raid in 11.1 is the side story, and that the megadungeon is the real meat of the story. Similar to how Aberrus was more of a side story that was resolved at the end, and the Timeways was the part where the story had some forward momentum.
Assuming the same is true for TWW I would think that Undermine is perfect as a raid, and that the megadungeon will be something like the Beledar, or some Earthen facility.

Fair, though admittedly, a life patch wouldn't be so bad for 11.1, as that wouldn't be the final patch of the expac. Heck, if anything, a life patch being 11.1 and a deeper void patch being 11.2 would be the total opposite of what DF did.

This is true. We'll just have to see then, but I kinda agree with y'all.

Whatcha mean it might not be feasable? Something like that is totally feasable lol.

But I can see a mixture of both somewhat.
All I ever wanted was the truth. Remember those words as you read the ones that follow. I never set out to topple my father's kingdom of lies from a sense of misplaced pride. I never wanted to bleed the species to its marrow, reaving half the galaxy clean of human life in this bitter crusade. I never desired any of this, though I know the reasons for which it must be done. But all I ever wanted was the truth.
