I'm glad we're getting multiple warband group selections. That was one of my main requests when I heard about warbands and I'm glad it's happening.

A lot of the undermine mounts are cool too. Really didn't expect eels.

There are several icons for something with "gardengnome" in them, though feels like a safe bet they're for Noblegarden or just something on the trading post or something. But a crackpot idea, Rootland gnomes! Heh.

Lot of butterfly things for the Trading Post.

OK but what I mean is, for me tying the marksman hunter to the eagle is basically a pet. It's not the fantasy I've been aiming for with the spec.

It is a strange choice. People who want no pets are now tied to one, but people who were using pets have lost them.

I actually don't dislike the idea of a ranger being tied to an eagle/bird. Especially if it's possibly customised In the future like they say.

But I d still think it's time to add a separate ranger class here, I think these talent changes will be received in mixed ways in the forums. We need a hunter that's focused on pet fantasy, and a ranger that is focused on no pets.

Their comments on rexxar not fitting cleanly into a hunter spec, how survival doesn't really seem to know what it is most expansions, the marksman changes and hero talents alienating most of the playable races. Hunter does feel like a class where they are struggling to fit all themes in. Pull the plug.

Loved seeing the lovely new evoker belt and shoulders on that Drac'thyr model today. Nice being brought back to crushing reality getting exited at nice new content.

    Aberrus warrior set was fantastic.

Oh snap, up to 20 character screen groups? Big, big change, even people with character limit capped will have quick access to every alt.

I think Hero Talents will be the way to differentiate them in the future.
I don't think that's a struggle, I think that's a huge benefit to them. People being able to approach those classes from multiple different angle broadens their appeal. Look how unpopular monks and evokers are with their super specific class fantasies.

I know several MM hunters who are really disappointed with their hero talents both being elf based because that's not what they signed up for.

Aberrus warrior set absolutely slapped, dunno what you're talking about. Plus as a dwarf warrior I've loved the last two

The Undermine map feels kinda small.

It isn't a full island/continent as was previously assumed/'documented'. I think it is best compared to the town from The Truman Show. Big dome and all including a fake sun and fake clouds. I love the zone though, it looks great.

Those Wowhead comments, though. People literally hating on these sets. I've played WoW for 20 years and these sets are some of the most interesting ones. Easily among top 5-10 of tiers.
    Monk is my favorite haha.

Is it supposed to be all of Undermine, or a portion of it? kinda odd if that small zone is supposed to be the whole thing imo. A missed opportunity. It should have at least been a full size expansion zone.

It's the entire capital city of Undermine as far as I could tell at a quick glance and is the size of what I would expect and underground goblin capital city to be. There's no outdoor Kezan area or something, it's just the core capital city (new subzone in Zandalar for the connection to it though, which is neat).

There are also added areas to The Ringing Deeps as well

Yeah, but those are much more than just an entrance. The Zandalar subzone has some extra stuff too but feels like primarily an entrance.

Hmm. Disappointing to me, but im still looking forward to it. Seems like a waste to use it on a patch if they aren't going all in. I was hoping for the Argus treatment. Large, at least as big as an expansion launch zone. Do we have any idea how it compares in size to the smallest zone of Ringing Deeps?

Interesting that they care enough about old faction-only reps still to update them to account wide. Unless they plan on rehauling the faction reps....? And cities maybe?
i really hope they can make all old reps account wide too. So far they only did non-faction restricted reps. This seems to indicate they are testing the grounds to have restricted factions also be account wide. Horde/Alliance restricted factions should be relativily easy. I wonder if they also look into aldor/scryer and freenzyheart/oracles.

Can you describe going all in? Curious to see what your expectations were.

The map looks like the city would be on the scale of other modern(ish) WoW cities like Suramas and Boralus. Both of those are actually very dense and have plenty of gameplay space when you don't just fly over them at 800% speed.

According to Keyboardturner, etherial will have new models too. One for each body type :

Ah yes, playable ethereals. Finally a new race worth playing.
