    Guys... is it time?
I truly think that even if housing is instanced, we'll see Stormwind/Elwynn and Orgrimmar/Durotar and their greater extended areas get revamped in the main world. It's a total 2 birds with one stone type of situation. If they can expand outside the city walls with baseline houses that then get extended into phases for housing, it's a knock out of the park.

I think we're gonna get a new artifact skin for each existing artifact, probably give evokers a "time lost" version of their special cantrip staff or legendary fist weapon or something and have the tinker gem equivalent system being tied to artifact relics, with regular artifacts taking the place of the cloak passive stat scaling; I could also see artifact relics returning but giving us an extra point in a specific talent

So in the "Rowdy Rifts" story variant of Excavation Site 9, the final boss is a C'Thraxx named Harbinguer Ul'thul with the title "<The Envoy>". Upon dying, he says in Shath'Yar "You too shall outlive your gods". I'm sure there's something interesting to extrapolate from that, but I imagine he's talking about the Titans?

Bold of you to assume the Void's right about that.

That is a sentiment the story keeps revisiting, but its a little strange, because of all the Azerothian religions I don't think any of them worship the Titans.

Khadgar calls the Titans "our gods" in Legion.

But it's just as likely they were talking about the Light. Regardless, the Void ain't omniscient.

The First Ones might be omniscient, but they're an entirely different level of fucked.

I suppose they may be referred to as "gods" in a non-religous sense, as they are the creators of the world Azerothians know. There's not much religion in WoW aside from the Light. There's worship, but there's not much of a theocracy.

Where else has this been mentioned?

I don't really think Evoker needs to be in Remix. It was missing from the original Plunderstorm and nobody seemed to notice or even care? If they do class halls 2 electric boogaloo in TLT, of course they'd probably get Wyrmrest.

Plunderstorm didn't have any classes so idk what you're talking about there. If you're talking about MoP Remix, Evokers where absolute playable in that so no idea what this post is talking about either way?

? There is a ton of religion in WoW. Azeroth has had multiple continent wide empires in the form of the Black Empire (worshipping the Old Gods), the Zandalari Empire (worshipping the Loa Wild Gods) and the Night Elf Empire (worshipping Elune). The first two absolutely are theocracies. Rastakhan ruled by Divine Right and was a high priest of the royal line's Loa. We see with Bwonsamdi that the Emperor gets to compel the worship of his Loa across the Empire.

As for someone worshipping the Titans, the Titanforged absolutely did and they ruled significant parts of Azeroth. Most Warcraft races are either directly or indirectly Titanforged.

And so far this patch the PvP rewards matched the theme of the raid.

Or it's just random Mythos concepts and references Shub-Niggurath and every connection you make now is ex post facto. They were never meant to mean that thing in specific but if it turns out they can, cool.

That's true. Just look at the stained glass windows in Uldar

They haven't figured out how to deliver patch and expansion continents that aren't just islands. Imo, people need to start getting more comfortable with invisible barriers in WoW if we want truly epic sized Kalimdor/EK sized future continents. Even just a Skyrim-esque "you cannot go that way" pop-up like we get in some instanced scenarios

You know what, you're completely right. I was looking at it from a sense of theocratic framework around it in the current timeline, but you're right I completely forgot the Zandalari Empire which has a huge religious framework to it. Elune and the Night Elves have their order as well, same with all worship of the Moon.

Did the Titanforged worship the Titans, or did they serve them?

The Titanforged served the Keepers who derived their authority from the Titans. That is textbook Theocracy only they did not invent their gods, they actually exist.

I am obviously talking about Drac'thyr, again, which were missing from the original plunderstorm. Which you obviously didn't notice either.

Oh yea so what's a race have to do with class order halls?

Nice try, you can just take the L for being wrong sometimes /shrug.

Thanks for the clarification. I suppose this is where the "heretics" bit of Avaloren comes in, perhaps they truly don't believe the Titans were ever real?
