So the belt can likely be modified with a base option that does nature damage but also options that give you a different stat though none are just a stat stick
    Haste (Spark Burst),
    Crit (Critical Chain),
    Versatility (Static Charge),
    Mastery (Electric Current)

as well as a healing option (Charged Touch) and an AoE option (Charged Crystal)

Rootlands made the most sense at launch, but they seemed to have pivoted away from that along with bringing in a lot more older stories vs OC lore.

We may have seen the Worldcore from the rootlands (likely are wrapped around the core) but I don't think it's time yet. Why would Xal go there without the heart? If Azir wants Azeroth, why did he go to K'aresh?

I think we're just seeing a plan change to make the ending more exciting and less repetitive.

At this point the Worldcore and Rootlands make more sense as a patch or even final zone for TLT.

We are definitely going there at some point. Just not sure we are going there this expansion when it would be a much better fit within Midnight.

Or Beledar, given the current patch is all about Hallowfall. Not to mention Rootlands is still on the table given we know it was in development, and it and the Black Blood is the most consistent through line in all the major patches so far.
When I say the Worldcore, I include the Rootlands there lol. Considering Xal'atath's plans, I imagine her end goal is the Worldsoul.

I mean...that just sounds silly to me. This is the Underground expac. Double down on that.

Would we really go to K'aresh this expansion and have a full on void planet and then come back for Midnight and have a bunch more void stuff? That seems like a rather lot of void.

Half of TLT is going to be Underground- Azjol-Nerub, Iridikron's Lair, etc. May as well go half and half.

As much as I'd like to uncover more about Beledar, this patch isn't about Hallowfall at all, it's about the tensions between the Stromgarde Rebels and Mag'har in the Arathi Highlands.
Current patch, as in the one that is currently live, not 11.1.7.

I don't think K'aresh would look that much like Quel'thalas with void elements. K'aresh is still a bunch of rocks in space with probably some Ecodomes while Quel'thalas should be pretty damn green.

Also Turbulent Timeways semi-confirm 11.2 on August 5-6. Greedy Emissary/Collector's Bounty both end August 1st.
Would mean we would have seen the 11.2 raid ending before Gamescom

Does it though? World ore maybe as a final raid, but even then the Rootlands connection is tenous at best.
And besides, it's less about the Rootlands making sense somewhere else, and more about it being a massive left turn if we abandoned the underground element and Black Blood storyline to go into outer space.

Likely go to K'aresh as a small commando, discover they're planning an invasion, try to sabotage, lose the battle. Going back to stop the invasion.
While getting ready to the incoming invasion, we fight the Amani that sided with them (just an excuse to avoid void fatigue and enjoy queltalas) void incursion for 12.1.

Either the end of 11.1 and entirety of patch 11.1.7 is entirely not about black blood/orweyna to hype up Midnight and distract that 11.2 will be underwhelming, or it's because 11.2 is not about black blood/orweyna.

I think Rootlands only works if Sholazar is revealed to be where Elun'ahir was planted and eventually torn from, which is why Freya is so involved in the area.

11.1.5 isn't about Etherals and outer space either. And the Undermine raid had lots of characters with links to the Black Blood, not Ethereals.

Elun'ahir could give us Elune and Eonar interactions for TLT. I am still assuming that we will interact directly with the Titans in TLT and Eonar is the ones most likely to end on our side. A Rootlands zone ties her into the story better.

Based on the Freysworn, it's clear they probably intended for Khaz Algar and the Coreway to be the "fissure" that was actually created by Elun'ahir's plucking.

However, it ties into Sholazar as well, and arguably better. It works really nicely to explain the weirdness in that area, why Freya left someone to guard it, etc.

I also think it's VERY likely Elune will be a focus of the next saga, so it makes sense to get into her a little more at the end of TWS.

There is also 11.2.5. Perhaps after we save the universe again in 11.2 from whatever happens in K'aresh we return to Khaz Algar only for shit to really hit the fun in 11.2.5 and 11.2.7. We could get Black Blood/Orweyna in one and Beledar in the other leading to Midnight.

Are those other Lorewalking quests not available yet? We've seen the bits about Xal and Locuswalker, already. And how do we know the Red Dawn also comprises remnants from the Scarlet Crusade and the Syndicate?

  18. #86718
well, i'm even more curious about 11.2 now lol

That happens in the Arathi quests which are currently available.

Nice! Is someone livestreaming or posting lore-spoilers somewhere?
