Has anyone noticed how the ruins on K'aresh are really similar to the ones you can find in the Dragon Isles ?

the old trading cart game is obsolete, as it assumed a world were the void was ill defined.
And being able to use void doesn't make one a void creature. Or else all shadow priests are void creatures.
Observers are just demons that can use void.
Like Sir Zeliek (and others) are just undead that can use the light.
being able to use a force doesn't equal being of that force

I will also say that Tazavesh is super disappointing from a Midnight perspective because now we are just going to get the regular Broker assets that already existed instead of an entire town/hub worth of new Ethereal furniture and doodads.

Of course they do, but it seems really unlikely that they've stolen entire ruins. They pretty much seems to be built within the space sand. Maybe I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure there's something off here. Maybe it's just some vestiges of a Titan facility or maybe there's a weird link between Azeroth and K'aresh. (First One related maybe ?)

I'm sure K'aresh uses a lot of old assets because it wasn't planned. Well, not a lot, but more than Undermine which probably was the plan and had more time to cook.
The Sword was resolved continously throughout BfA, starting as early as the Legion epilogue when we ensured the Sword would not poison Azeroth. And then in BfA when we go around stopping outbreaks of Azerite to help the healing process.
The sword was very clearly a non-issue by the end of that expansion. Yes it's a giant sword stuck in the planet that destroyed a lot of stuff, but that isnt the same as it being a threat we are ignoring.
The world revamp dream will never die!

Even Blizzard makes fun with the fact that the Sword wasn't resolved:

If we don't get a proper Ethereal city in 11.2 then it could be because, story-wise, there aren't enough unified Ethereals to create a city.
Resources wise it's definitely because 11.2 was going to be something else so they had to cobble something together, IE they weren't going to take Midnight and TLT artists off those projects, just use Dragon and Broker shit.
However I can see them playing a role in Midnight and that team being the ones who will make them a proper little hub or area, maybe on Azeroth, or in the Eco-Dome dungeon after the events of the story.

No plans for Ethereals as a playable race, but there will be some cool armor rewards that are Ethereal themed.
The Wastelanders are a tribe of Ethereals that swore an oath to stay on K'aresh, even after its destruction. We'll learn more about them in the campaign and dungeon.
Hmmmmm.... then why introduce these Wastelanders? They sure SOUND playable. They also say the dungeon story is really important to the Saga.

There won't be any camel mounts.
It's so over.
11.2 is probably where the Metzen pivot started. Maybe we'll start to feel his presence in the story.

Of course they could be obfuscating but I think pretty safe bet. Will be happy to be surprised though. No plans for Ethereals as a playable race, but there will be some cool armor rewards that are Ethereal themed.
Man, lame, that ethereal camel-thing from that one TCG was pretty neat. There won't be any camel mounts.
