Welp, spoilers for what happens to Saldahaar Xal'atath absorbs him into void/steals him, saying "I know a loyal servant when I see one". He doesn't seem happy about it.
Wasn't expecting that.

I was expecting him to show up in Midnight anyways tbh.
From the Nightborne recruitment when the Shadowguard tried to take the Sunwell
Stage 4 – Belono Sil'aru
Defeat the Darkener.
Aruun the Darkener slain
Nether-Prince Durzaan says: The vessel has been found!
Grand Magister Rommath says: It wants the Sunwell!
Stage 5 – Ama Noral'arkhana
Close the void rift.
Void rift closed
Grand Magister Rommath says: Something seeks to open a rift into the chamber. If it comes through, we may lose the Sunwell.
Alleria Windrunner says: I can close the rift--but I will need help.
First Arcanist Thalyssra says: Tell us what to do, and we will lend our strength.
Nether-Prince Durzaan says: The door opens. Yes... this should suit our needs.
Alleria Windrunner says: Now! Focus your power with mine!
Nether-Prince Durzaan says: You only delay the inevitable! I will yet have my prize.

I mean...as far as fake leaks go, this ain't half bad
Saw this earlier but never replied, long and short of it is I agree to an extent but I don't buy for a second the idea Asian media is better. It's not exactly an improvement to go from the shitty fanfiction of bluesky users and Steven Universe watchers to an overmonetized pantomime of overendowed Evony chicks, insufferable lolis and their marketable mascots. I suppose you could at least go South Korean instead of Japanese to cut the Evony chicks and lolis for twice the overmonetization and marketable mascots, but that's really only a relative improvement.

"We will soon be in a world in which a man may be howled down for saying that two and two make four."
— G.K. Chesterton, presciently
"The frozen Mind cracks between the mineral staves which close upon it. The fault lies with your mouldy systems, your logic of 2 + 2 = 4."
— Antonin Artaud, in said world
The lack of a 3rd DH spec would be a huge letdown.

I really don't expect Northeron over Lordaeron, for marketing purposes. Unless there is a lore reason.
Or Lordaeron is patch content.

Yeah better than those where the creator gets their creative writing juices going and write too much. And its got those parts that sound real strange now, like the whole "map changed back to warcraft 3 and vanilla wow shape" and "shadowlands round 2 of customization". That latter one especially makes me scratch my head.

I love that leak, but I think people wildly underestimate how difficult class skins are, especially multiple at once. You're effectively doubling the work of a given class because any reworks or spell updates to any given class then need to be also fitted for a skin.
Different tooltips and some minor mechanical tweaks also enter the equation. Does Paladin damage now not deal Holy/Radiant with the Void version? How does that work with mechanics like certain enemies with damage type increases a la Argus adds?
I want it, but people don't seem to understand not just that it's a lot of present work but it's exponentially raising the asset demand the more there are.
I assume they mean a new round of customization to base races like how one feature of Shadowlands involved that. It was mid enough in terms of implementation and SL was bad enough that I think many people forget it. They also bungled by not putting it in the bare bones feature trailer.
I assume the map shape they're talking about theoretically means updating the pulled back world map to closer around early WoW to feel less like a cramped clown car of islands. But I'm not sure and I don't think it's real anyway for reasons I stated above.
