People shouldn't act like its confirmed they're skipping TWW season 4. It hasn't been confirmed. I guess they could have an extended S3 but at this point the S4 raid remixes require so little effort I don't see why they wouldn't do it. They have to offer something in retail for the people who don't like their little alternate game modes.
One Night Werewolf will be six weeks based on Plunderstorm's duration, and Legion Remix will be 3 months because Mop Remix was 3 months. In all likelyhood this corresponds with the minor patch releases, likely October & December, so 12.0 isn't coming until March at the soonest. That would be an extremely long TWW season 3.I don't see how the two new game modes won't correspond to the 2 scheduled minor patches. So taking these facts into consideration:
So, 12.0 is March at the earliest.
- The One Night Werewolf game is the next patch
- 11.2.5 isn't coming out till October - Maybe late September
- The two game modes won't run at the same time
- It's extremely unlikely Legion remix will be active at the same time as the Midnight Pre-patch
Based on Dragonflight's development, the time between alpha & pre-patch was 10 weeks; alpha and expansion release was 14 weeks.

Blizzard said in DF that they would do more Fated seasons if they are well received. DF S4 was anything but.

That person who constantly reposted that list with the dates will probably be right as usual.

There's already too much going on, season 4 fits in nowhere so we can assume it's not happening. The real question is where remix fits in.

There is no 11.2.6, so no Season 4, at least not 2 months long for sure. Legion Remix for 11.2.7, it fills same spot as Turbulent Timeways and similar events after S1/S2
And housing is a) evergreen system, b)set in Durotar/Elwynn. It makes no sense to release it same time as Quel'Thalas.

12th August - 10.2 (already wrong but got the season right)
7th October - 11.2.5 (anniversary, likely this teased "spooky game mode")
2nd December - 11.2.7 (Legion Remix)
27th January - 12.0 (housing, 3 weeks later pre-expansion event)
3rd March - MD launch (main date, not early access)
I have posted the list... and there's NO way Housing isn't a Christmas release. It makes way too much sense thematically and they showed it likely isn't tied to prepatch.
I thought it had been confirmed there would be no S4, especially with it not being on the Roadmap.
March isn't a far off guess, but I don't agree with your suggestions for why.
"One Night Werewolf"? We have a string of datamined information and a very vague reference from a conference several weeks ago to go off this. The gamemode can go live any time. I agree it'd be useful to eat time between expansions, but I don't think that a one-off game mode unattached to our characters will automatically slap an extra 6 weeks on the end of S3. I also don't see any reason why Remix wouldn't run at the same time as this gamemode in a hypothetical regardless, they obviously place a lot of belief in what Remix brings, and it's fully associated with the main game. These game modes will work within the timeframe of a minor patch, not extend it.
I think it's completely within reason to assume that S3 will be ending in February, and there's a high likelihood with at least 2 weeks to prepatch we'll see it come in late February/early March at the latest not earliest.
They never missed a major release for their new roadmaps since DF, so housing has to release in 2025.
Each successive expansion season is shorter than the last. Dragonflight's first season was 5 months, but DF season 4 was only 3 months. Coincidently 3 months was also the duration of MoP remix.
Who said the pre-patch is in 2025? Housing appears to be an entirely separate patch because it's being developed by an entirely different team, so likely 11.2.6 or 11.2.8 - Otherwise you're saying 12.0 is coming out the same month as 11.2.7 which is insane.

By the way, if Ethereals are in, when do we think we get the 11.2.5 reveal? Gamescom or after? Unless they change the text they aren't tied to preorder.
