The Mario Kart thing just makes it more likely given Blizzard's penchant for "borrowing" from other games.

Dang, the schedule got updated at some point to remove the 1h30 Midnight panel. Looks like it was a mistake and that was supposed to be dev signing session.

We are now getting the 30 minute World of Midnight panel on August 21 and a 30 minute Systems panel on August 23.

I mean, it's not like Blizzcon where it's all about them - it's pretty time limited. Undoubtably it's just going to be a small preview and then the full thing at Blizzcon. It's kinda idiotic to think we'd get the same level of detail at a Gamescon compared to what we're used to at Blizzcon.

Blizzcon isn't happening until late 2026 which is after Midnight's launch. With how the patches have lined up it's launching late Feb early March.

Except they clearly have a stage and four days worth of stuff. It's not "time limited". I don't see how it's "idiotic" when Gamescom is essentially Blizzcon this year.

And adding Dynamic mount races with mario cart elements is just straightforward.

Honestly, it's surprising that they didn't already add that in Undermine.

I honestly think they've talked about housing enough that it won't be talked about at the panel and will only be there as a playable demo.

I mean, Housing is probably the biggest thing added to the game ever, and will pay dividends big-time.

We are getting armored Wildhammer gryphons in next month's trading post (as well as a wildhammer tint for a generic dwarf armor), one of which is famously labeled a Northeron Gryphon- hence all the theorizing about it.

By the way, and I'm very late to this: is this the first time Northeron has been mentioned INGAME? Regardless of dev statements, books, etc. A search on Wowhead implies so.



Sounds like something they could make at the same time as Northrend 2.

Northeron is already in-game as part of the Twilight Highlands.

Darkshire Night Watch. This is honestly what I'm most interested in about this leak. Haven't heard any other leaks mention this and it would line up with their horror game mode they talked about while showing Darkshire. But I mean the leak is basically just hitting the nail on the head with that one with it's name lmao

Isn't the most likely answer because they last-minute decided to do live presentations? That and there may be limitations to panel lengths at Gamescom.
