I wish we had more sassy characters as Xal or Azshara. As was Nathanos back in a day.
Not another Faerin or Anduin pre-SL. Not another Thrall or Baine.
Sharp, clever, sassy character who gives no shit about anything.

With the way most Hero Talents work, they could be plopped into any spec in the game and work, just with different proc chances to match that spec's rotation.

Sassy and camp characters need a moment of pay off to work imo. For villains it is usually a properly camp moment of villainy while for heroes they need a heart of gold moment, possibly with tsundere vibes. E.g. Xal should have cackled like crazy at the end of the raid cinematic after threatening everything Alleria loves. Imagine if instead of the light laughing she did, she had cackled like Ursula the Sea Witch. It would be unhinged and elevated her entire character by making it clear she is unequivocally evil and fully aware of it.
I did like when Khadgar was a dad joke machine![]()

How is Khadgar not a "syrupy good man" but Faerin is?
Faerin "I can't wait to slaughter some trolls!" Lothar. Faerin "You guys are abominations but we need help I guess" Lothar.
I just realized there is a 2 day and 4 day gap between the Midnight reveal (opening night) and the 2 other panels deep diving into the story/zones, and systems/features respectively ;-;

Man that's gonna be a painful 2-4 days unless the official site is updated with a bit more info than the reveal gives us.

Part of the reason is that Battlegrounds are like ducks.
I disliked the end of the questline but its nice to have a more "grounded" side story happening. Dont get me wrong, I am all about the cosmic forces and big bads but having some more simple storylines are also good. Atleast better than forgotten ones, it would be horrible if we had one campaign for them where they are let go and they just...disappear.
i simply think they would fit into a zone campaign / dungeon story just like we had killing bees in a meadery in TWW.
Not sure what the problem with Faerin is. She was the only in the questline going "these guys are your decades old enemies, why do you want to ally yourselves with them?"

I mean, the early promo websites are usually not that packed with info. Usually got only vague descriptions of some of the factions and zones. Bunch of screenshots

To me it's just that she's another human character in a game that's already very oversaturated with human characters.

Yeah, that one's going to suck and I'll probably skip it like I did most of BfA and SL.

Who knows, more of the Arathi (emperor) could as well appear, alongside the red dawn and maybe remnents of the scarlet dawn in Northred. There are quite a few settlements there and big ones ad well. TlT sounds like a good place or fit for them. Let the red dawn rebuild, give them sometime to be scarlet enemy plus on steroid into a combined force.
I am not so sure, they going to make that into a whole expansion either. Things could easily happen in patches. We have seen that with other things people initially though were full blown expansion material. I mean Avalorn isle 13.1 patch in TlT fot example. As much as some believe otherwise, this could also happen. Just like Zin Ashari, Nazjatar or N alotha.

Introducing a whole new Empire with a completely different way of living off in a completely different part of the world that has had other things seeded there (the Green Dragon that crossed the storm, Nightsquall, Odyns wreckage report) and then using it for a patch will NOT happen.

All these things could be introduced in TlT and span over the course of the expansion. In fact in would make perfect sense to have that bein part of the tlt story tbh.
Anyway, It would not be the first time we will get dissappointment over something we thought was worth way more now is it?
