AI doesn't "give" anything to whatever pic it creates, it just assembles the image based on what data it can gather. It absolutely can screw up stuff. Also look at Turalyon's face ffs!

I don't- but last leak season I spent days arguing the Avaloren pictures were fake (not the one saying avaloren, but the one with the dwarf, stone dino etc) and people were still dead on sure it was real, so I gave up hehehe

The thing is, we have hundreds of images in the press kit site from which these supposedly were taken because Blizz would have supposedly posted them early and then withdrawn them. They never have expansion logos on. It is screenshots, cinematic stills or cinematic models. The only logos are . . . logo art posts. They can of course have chosen to take a different direction with how they release marketing material that is different to the last five expansions (I did not scroll further down) and certainly different than TWW.

Obviously not defending the leak here and this is true regardless of it, just want to point out that the press portal is set up for accounts that have early access to certain assets, likely under NDA.

Right and all Azshara elf models since cata look the same.

One other thing about the renders - Aurora Borealis? In this expansion, at this time of Midnight, localized entirely in a press kit?

No but seriously why is the background a purple Northern lights? Quel'Thalas is to the north and we're dealing with purple shit, but we're pretty explicitly dealing with a giant consuming void that isn't going to fit with that motif.

It's like the person who made it worked backwards from that visual premise but did it before we knew about the Voidstorm.
