Again, it could still be a War Within feature that isn't coming in Midnight nor require a Midnight preorder, so it would make zero sense to put it in there if it was just part of some Ka'resh epilogue content, or the story content in 11.2.7.

"High Elves" could just be additional "normal" hairstyles for Void Elves. That would pretty much do it.

It could be, except VE's are referenced in game as VE's not HE's and turn purple in combat, and have VE racials.

They're keeping the strong features (dragonriding, delves), add a gigantic new one (housing) as well as a new experimental one (prey).

Then there's the usual (new zones with world-content, raids, dungeons). What's not to like? The premise looks interesting, the zones look amazing.

People have weird expectations.

Anyway, I really hope Harondar is reachable through Azj-Kahet/Khaz Algar.

I mostly want new gameplay. All I am getting here is Prey and it seems to be cosmetic focused. If it is just cosmetics, you rush through it and once you get everything, you turn it off.

Post-SL, after the repeat mistake of already doing it again post-Cata, they seem to really fucking despise any disconnected zones, so I imagine there's either a tunnel from Silvermoon into it, or a teleport, or something.

Everything is really pretty seamless in TWW. The longest route is having to go from Dornogal into Hallowfall, and that's really one airlock and two turns.

I think having the insignificant imbalance is better than trying to shoehorn in irrelevant races tbh.

If the Nightborne had anything to do with the void then I could see it, but they don’t.

I was hoping for a little bit of Northern Lordaeron (west of ghostlands), don't really dig the idea of a voidstorm zone either, feels too much like ka'resh. Combining Eversong/Ghostlands/Probably Quel'danas into a single zone feels off too. Not excited for the Underground zone coming out of the War Within either.

No new customization options feels sad too.

DH spec is cool, new Quel'thalas is beautiful as well! Liadrin's new ingame model looks really nice, and I'm very glad Lor'themar is not dead. The prey system/world tiers thing is sick as well. Broadly I'm optimistic. Somewhat mixed, but I like what I'm seeing so far.

Voidstorm looks cool. My concern is....really? Voidstorm? Pretty sure even ChatGPT could have come up with a less generic name for a void themed zone.
And yes, Quel'Thalas being just one zone is certainly a choice.
Not to be overly dramatic but it seems like the worst of two worlds. We don't get Plaguelands and stuff south of QT, but neither is it the size of a continent.
I would say the Amani fans are the winners cause Zul'Aman is a full zone. But the way it is worded suggests that they aren't our allies in this war. Hope not, but making tham just cannon fodder feels like a waste.

That's always a possibility, but I feel like there would have been some more pointers already than just that single spell. Maybe they've been properly hiding it, who knows.

The New Player Experience is a streamlined version of Dragonflight... not the The War Within, which is you know, the first expansion of the SAGA.

Dragonflight is the proloque to WSS and they don't want to stretch TWW levelling from 10 to 80.

South west of Windrunner Spire you can see some towers and stuff in the distance, I wonder if that means the area of northern lordaeron might be part of the Eversong zone? Maybe it's just so the stuff in the distance looks interesting and you can't actually go there. Either way, kinda cool.

I’m probably the only one who’s REALLY excited about Midnight after this reveal.

I’m cool with the features, new zones and everything.

What excited me the most is story. Man it looks REALLY promising. Like, shit is about to go DOWN. Can’t wait to find out about the secrets regarding Xalatath.

The only thing I didn't like from the cinematic was the eyes of the Elves. Lor'themar had green and Liadrin golden, but those were just normal human eyes. With black irises and all.

I've been minding my own business, cause no use in getting the disappointed people even further upset. But yes. I loved everything I saw. The Prey system sounds super interesting, and there's all kinds of details leaking out that are highly interesting to me.

People will come around. They always do.

Wasn't there a reveal recently where everyone was disappointed but came around by the time panels and interviews happened? Might have even been TWW. Hopefully that happens again. But no matter what, im gonna stay disappointed by Quel'thalas only being 1 zone, and harronir race is so tone deaf.
