Second from the right, Blood Elf maid outfit confirmed, expansion is saved

Saw in the Twitch chat that the dev panel will be available as a VOD later on. Can't help but feel this whole expansion unveiling has been a complete mess and I've been here for all of them.
A cinematic to an audience that doesn't care about WoW. A nervous Holly on stage to not even galvanise the crowd to attempt to get them excited (should have been Metzen). Then the cinematic isn't up to the usual standard (although I did personally enjoy it), then even as part of that reveal, you had to go to YouTube to find out what was even in the expansion. It baffles me that they didn't show the cinematic and gameplay vid side-by-side but so many other instantly-forgettable games had their moment and some went on and on and on. Even had to watch some YouTube shorts to see more footage of the zones.
THEN, the Gamescom schedule was all wrong. No dev deep dive panel. Now it's not even being streamed. We have had maybe 2 interviews one by Gamespot and one random 5 min interview in a 3 hour long Xbox stream (again with new footage).
Then they have drawn out all of the information. Had to wait 2 days for a dev panel that we then have to wait for a VOD for. Systems panel isn't till Saturday. Why on earth did they think people would want to watch these insufferable creators acting like idiots over finding out new info properly.
They honestly should have released a WoWCast alongside the cinematic and gameplay trailer to deep-dive into the expansion.
The expansion looks great though but their communication about it has been awful.

Well at this point it's better to wait for VOD. Unless of course they don't record it on VHS and send tape by boat to US before publishing it in local paper.
Is there a consensus that the Paladins in the cinematic are the Arathi? That would make the most sense, considering all the lore set-up for them and their mysterious kingdom in TWW.
I wonder if there's a chance this could be a segue into Horde-aligned Humans as an Allied Race in the near future, in the same vein as Void Elves porting Blood Elves over into the Alliance (minor style and theme differences but otherwise the same). It wouldn't be too much of a stretch lore wise, and I always thought it was interesting that the Arathi racial mount is a Lynx (very Blood Elf coded). If you ask me, their design and visual identity screams "what if there were Humans in the Horde"

You just lost The Game

We appreciate the photos, let that be clear, but livestreaming must have been disallowed explicitly, otherwise you'd think some of them would be doing it
That Arator haircut is absolutely horrible wow
Haranir seem like they have lots and lots of customisation, though. I quite like the way they look.
