The thing is, we've seen nothing indicating dissent among the Titans. We've seen an issue between Odyn and the rest of the Keepers but there is nothing new about that, we've known it since the Chronicle and Legion. It will be very interesting to revisit Ulduar though, with his return, Odyn seems to have taken Hodir and Thorim back on his side but who knows what happens if Tyr can show up again (especially if he can get Archaedas back as well). But again any civil war will be between Keepers, not Titans.

one says "no the lesser beings are great"
creates a bit of a rift
pro life group gives something to the lesser beings
conflict ensues
pro life gets punished

Sargeras and the Titans do not have the same build-up in the CURRENT, ONGOING storyline that Yrel and the Old Gods have.

The ending of Antorus raid is treated as a conclusion to the story of Sargeras and the Titans. Sargeras is banished and the Titans will serve as his eternal jailers. They could return in the future, but it is not a priority.

Meanwhile, the Mag'har questline ends in a cliffhanger as we know that Yrel and the Naaru will try to conquer the Cosmos for the Light, their story is still open. As for the Old Gods, it is so obvious that N'Zoth is still alive and so it makes sense to conclude his story in the future too. Xal'atath and Azshara, two other Void-twisted creatures, are also missing in action.

Lightbound and Old Gods have the priority over Titans as far as expansion concepts are concerned. It would make little sense to have a Titan expansion when these more important story threads are still open.

It's funny how the Lightbound only appear in one quest, that only one faction can do, one quest from 5 years ago, but they are consistently brought up as top expansion villains. They are very important from a world-building perspective because they are the first major Light villainous group in the setting. Scarlet Crusade were an insignificant threat in the grand scheme of things, meanwhile Lightbound literally want to conquer the Cosmos and they have the means to do so as they can build spaceships. It is time that the Lightbound enter the spotlight and I do think that they will feature in 11.0.

I think if they would make a world revamp they would make it with AI eventually.

You are vastly overestimating the power of AI. Those pretty pictures? Just mashups of existing art or photos, often with "obvious" mistakes, saw a Sombra pic yesterday that had a hair lock weave through her eye.

This would be even worse in 3D: AI would create houses without entrance, models in general clipping into itself, textures would be nonsensical, building materials on the ground, grass and lava on buildings etc.

AI can maybe help with very tiny things, like take template data created by Blizzard people for a new zone, and produce a baseline map or textures which the actual artists and designers then massively alter to not look like your graphics card is dying.

Odyn is really the "so lawful it becomes somewhat evil" case. Much of what happened to the Titanforged in Azeroth stems from his interpretation of the Pantheon's Intent, not from their design or from the other keepers. Yes, Tyr did change natural evolution for proto dragons by meddling and infusing them with Order but there is really no proof that Titan intervention has been detrimental to the planet. I do want to see what Freya did; one of the main goals of the Primalists is to assault the Dream after all. The natural creatures and the Wild Gods very much do not look unnatural, mechanical or order aligned in any way but they very much were shaped by a Keeper beholden to the Pantheon.

Really my only issue with this is that we have faced Odyn multiple times in combat already. But I still think we are going to see him eventually. Heck a revamped Ulduar raid (graphically remastered) where Tyr's faction faces off against Odyn's faction would be a solid raid imo.

More importantly, the few pictures that really look proper are the results of artists sampling hundreds if not thousands of pictures and then taking them to photoshop. As it is, AI can at best be used as a tool by real artists to speed up their job.

I think we're definitely going to get Odyn vs Tyr, and maybe Wrathion vs Sabellian was a kind of thematic hint at this. There is a datamined Sons of Hodir tabard that MIGHT be a Trading Post item (they originally never had a tabard) but maybe is a hint that we will be going back to Ulduar and Storm Peaks as a result of this storyline.

This makes even more sense IMO considering we now know that Yogg was responsible for Galakrond.

This renown stuff is pretty well calculated. I'm clearing world quests and finish events once every week (so no farming treasures) and will get 4x max renown on last week of 10.0.

wanna point out you should do the hunt 3 times per week. if you have only been doing it once youve been missing out. but yeah after 1 siege, 1 soup, and 3 hunts that is just miniscule bonuses.

Players need something to work on while they're at max level. Time and time again Blizzard showed that their approach is either 100% or 0%, there is no middle ground. It was obvious that this expansion will lack something at max level when we knew about the missing progression system. You level up to max and the only progression then is itemlevel - that proved to be a terrible thing ten years ago and that's why they started the borrowed power stuff. The problem never was borrowed power, it was how they implemented it for just one expansion and then trashed all the progress you made during the lifetime of the expansion.

To be fair, if you do an off-hours soup and thus get a lot of tasks, you can make quite a bit of rep, even after your first go-around.
Hell the "protect the soup" mobs are more than a rare and theres like 3-4 of em.

I think this has been mentioned before, but with the theme of the first raid's armor being rocks/crystals... what in the world is the aesthetic going to be for an underground patch? They can't do it twice.

I wonder if this patch's tier armor was actually repurposed from that one. Yes, the Vault is in a mountain, but that's about it.

EDIT: I think we'll get titan tier armor sets, but besides that I'm not sure on the themes. "Infinite" doesn't really have a singular aesthetic, neither does Galakrond/Decay (unless we get Gnoll armor sets which I would love).

Personally I would love something that's a bit of a Dwarvish/Titan fusion. Assuming Khaz Algar is down there. We've never really had any armor styled after dwarves.

Indeed 10.1 potential theme feel too similar to 10.0. That's why I would like Emerald Dream/Green DF breather between these two. But it doesn't mean it won't happen, we often get similar themes back-to-back.
