There's a lot of ways to go about it.
Be a bit of a win if we do touch the emerald dream, use one of the older Dream portals across Azeroth(the EK/Kalimdor ones).

If he announces Cataclysm again, they need him to scream it, and one of the speakers needs to blow up.

Idk. If the patch is on the scale of Argus, I see that as a pretty large game update.

You are embarrassing yourself. FF14 is just as cpu heavy, and has more buttons than WoW does. Works fine on a controller.

That seems highly unlikely since Elune is some sort of universe spanning space deity (and Life is a universe-spanning force) and the dream has never been shown as anything but an Azeroth-specific plane with specifically Azeroth related beings in it. I also have to imagine that if the Dream were Elune's realm, she would have just casually one-shot Xavius for fucking around in her plane and nearly getting the entire thing consumed by Old God corruption, since neither he nor the Old Gods should be much of a threat to someone operating on Elune's powerlevel. Elune was able to seemingly effortlessly trigger a lunar eclipse on Azeroth and erase the Nightmare's corruption of a titan pillar, so it makes no sense that the Nightmare would be able to gain any sort of foothold and grow unchecked within her own realm. Thiernax borrowed a fraction of her power and was able to win an all out war against the Old God on his planet.

Elune is in whatever the Lifelands are; some celestial realm akin to the Shadowlands that likely has it's own people and civilizations and produces "souls" for the entirety of the universe and all the planets in it. The Dream is just the Emerald Dream, a small druidic plane connected to Azeroth that has to deal with Azeroth-specific threats, is curated by Azeroth-born creatures and needs help from Azeroth mortals to handle anything that happens.

Looks like it may just be a scenario in the existing zone, but I'm unsure.

Nope, just older quest stuff finally having encryption removed.

I mean they have to be doing some kind of revamp or Older zone focused expansion. There are just too many random new models.

Wild card option is that this is all somehow related to the Brewfest refresh.

There's a glowy something at the top. Whether that is a portal, an empowered Tear of Elune or something else isn't really identifiable. Dream gates tend to be less flashy and far more green, though.

I mean, she does have a Pillar of Creation dedicated to her, and it was stated by Aegwynn to be the "embodiment of the dream for what Azeroth could be".

A lot of stuff regarding Elune is based off lunar ordeals, the moon, eternal night, dreams, etc. The Emerald Dream being her realm in an absolute sense can definitely work.
You are sorta conflating stuff though.

Helheim is linked to the shadowlands. Icecrown is linked to the Shadowlands. Thros is linked to the Shadowlands. Lots of places have links to other planes. The Dream and Ardenweald are linked because Ardenweald is the death-realm to which nature spirits and minor deities like Loa and Wild Gods go, and the Emerald Dream is a nature magic plane. Not because they are a pair of two opposite realms. You can very objectively see that they aren't even close to the same thing. The Emerald Dream equivalent realm in death is Thros, not Ardenweald.

Ardenweald is a novel realm that has its own peoples and society that actively care for souls in order to rebirth them back into their own places. It's full of souls from all across the cosmos, because the realms of Death are universal.

The Emerald Dream is a pocket dimension of Azeroth that has no native inhabitants, populated by people from Azeroth who just look after the dream. The only things that have EVER been depicted in it are things from Azeroth that have entered or been sent into it from Azeroth. It exists just as a reflection of Azeroth (I know people really like to jump on this with "But the Titans!!!!" but you can physically SEE that it is just mirroring the planet in the Nightmare raid, where you literally go place to place, Thunderbluff, Un'goro, Grizzly Hills, Moon Glade, etc. It doesn't exist as an independent realm of Life, it's fundamentally based on a single planet. Regardless of how the Titans modified it, nothing about the Dream is anything BUT Azeroth.

Also, again, the Nightmare makes absolutely no sense if the Dream is Elune's realm.

Less flashy, more green and not on Amirdrassil. That one was more Ardenweald-coloured and the glowy thing itself was quite bright.

Blizz is really yo-yo on their catch up mechanics
They want you to be able to boost alts but also limit the currency to do that and that was fine when it was BoA but then it changed to BoP

I don't get it but I do like the equalization of gear
Now world content players can get up to high heroic raid levels

To be honest, instead of new catch up system every few weeks, I would just prefer items to be account wide instead soulbound (of course BoE would stay BoE) before certain item level that is considered as "ground" for current season (let's say it's 385 in 10.0.7 and 415 since 10.1.7).

That would make a lot of abandoned content more useful. Now new stuff will make many 10.1 and 10.1.5 gearing sources pointless.

And I'm talking about EVERY item below certain item level, so that would also fix my issue with transmog. It's not 2016 anymore when you just had dungeons, raids and few reps - we are drowned by cosmetics and there is no worse feeling for completionist to get something rare which you can't use and goes straight to bin.

Timewalking shouldn't have a restriction at all. It always bothered me that i can level from the beginning in legion and do the dungeons, but i have to level to 60 to queue the same dungeons as timewalking.
Thats at least a start to make it feel better while leveling. Especially since they really focus on the leveling aspect of timewalking with the five week exp bonus.

at the very leqst the restriction should be that you've done the introduction scenario you chose for your character. If Exile's reach then once you've been teleported to orgrimmar or Stormwind you can tag to timewalking
