Bro, it’s beyond obvious at this point that Blizz has absolutely no conviction to their own lore and will change it on a dime. I’ve never seen a story with more blatant retcons

I also don't think Elune has changed much behind the scenes, I think she's just never been solidly defined (which is a good thing and why she's still a very intriguing aspect of the story).

As I said before, I totally agree with the sentiment that the (presumably) main enemy of Midnight, the Void, doesn't feel threatening at all.

In Legion, that feeling of constant threat was amazingly well done (except in Argus).

It certainly doesn't help that 12.1 might be a random Troll island (still think that it won't be 12.1, but the possibility exists), which I very much doubt that it will have the Void as the main threat (or the Light).

My hope to make the Void remotely threatening and not a joke invasion like the Iron Horde was, is that at the very least Alleria is killed, then Xal'athat gets what she wants from the Sunwell (which she does, I believe) and then launchs a full invasion at a global scale.

The thing is that I don't think that it would make much sense, as I guess that when Xal'athat gets what she needs from the Sunwell she would go straight to the Worldcore to get to Azeroth.

I want us to rally every force ever and still lose. I want xal to resurrect the old gods and the whole of the black empire. I don't want to "win" until TLT at which point the titans decide we weren't able to do our job (even after Algalon gave us a second chance) and try to prematurely retire us or something.

The Elves get together to heal the Darkwell, and a new well is made. The question remains, what well is it? Is it a Light and Shadow well? Is it a well of all the forces? Is it an Azeroth-based well with Azerite-like colors? Idk. What I do think is gonna occur is that this well will probably banish the Voidstorm from Azeroth permanently.

Maybe 12.2 ISN'T celestial body related, but is instead light related? Maybe it could be both, with some additions or updates to Northern EK and us actually going to the celestial bodies of Azeroth? Maybe we'll get Northern EK updates + The Arathi Empire's area? Maybe just Northern EK gets updated?

The best way for Midnight to end would be for Xal to die or be imprisoned back in the Blade of the Black Empire, but not before destroying the Worldcore, allowing Iridikron to put his plans for TLT in motion.

One of the most bizarre things about Legion is how they try to beat it over your face that Elune is an important Light entity because she created a Prime Naaru, Xe’ra, only for Blizz to later hard confirm in Shadowlands that Elune is a part of the Life Pantheon

That location is coord 0,0 where world quests etc. default to when they bug out.


The object might be relevant (it feels familiar...), but I doubt the location is.

Tbf, additional voices would be a good compromise, and increase the variety for npc's on top. But I surely hope they just don't delete them lol.
