I'm basically the boss of 3 of the main characters lol (Liadrin, Lothraxion and Arator). They should really add some different dialogue for this, it's stupid that they take so much from the Paladin order hall but don't aknowledge the ones who played it.

In the upcoming prequel novel, Maxwell Tyrosus is the canonical leader of the Silver Hand. Not the player.

It's been here since 3.3.5, when there wasn't any real "Artifact" tiered item. You also had the Twin Blades of Azzinoth that you could merge into a glitchy small huntress glaive.

I can still like the game and see the new expansion for what it is: an undercooked mess. The story, the class design and the addon changes all need more time.

Arator is a b**ch not a man. People wanted badass male characters to be relevant again and a(nduin 2.0)rator is not one of them.

The writers just forgot about salandria because they're too busy writing their fanfiction

While I don't see anyone agree on the definition of "badass male character", I agree that this trend of having the same trope "reworked" is kind of annoying. It just seems like modern Blizzard is trying to always reproduce what old Blizzard did but without the soul or the impact. And it all began with BFA.

You had the 4th War, with the Horde being the villain while the Alliance had all the roster to become evil for one expac (Greymane wanting to avenge his son and Varian, Rodger being Rodger, Jaina) and yet they went for the "They got to stop being angry and stuff. I mean 2 attempted genocides in 5 years isn't a good reason to be angry".

They had the Shadowlands revamping both the Scourge and attempting to be a bigger and better Scourge (and it failed because the Mawsworn didn't had charismatic figures, they even had to bring back KT) and they also attempted to get Anduin as a LK 2.0 (which was also a fail because Anduin didn't do the 10th of what Death Knight Arthas did)

Within the same expac, they made Titans 2.0 with Progenitors and while it was a good idea to have some new gods responsible for the whole creation since the Titans became only a representation of Order. But again they failed in the way they brought them to "life".

Djaradins were vrykul 2.0 (uglier and without the whole viking culture).

And now it's the same with harranir who are just shaping to be elf druid 2.0.

No, it paints the Tauren as being exactly like basically every real world human society that has ever existed. Like 75% of the current human population believes in some sort of religion that has no evidence and pretty much every religion has observable contradictions with human historical record and archeological evidence.

Most of my criticism is about the story which is getting worse and worse. Also, as i said above, i can still like the game while being critical of certain aspects of it. I'm not on blizzard's paycheck so i don't need to be a mindless shill.

I checked your post history aswell and honestly you just have to stick to Classic. You have way more issues with the current game than just class design and addon changes. You are the type of wow player that hates everything about certain new characters but would drool over Arthas or Variann for example. The irony is insane, im sorry

I expect the game to be coherent to what it had been for 18+ years. Since dragonflight blizzard has been trying to sanitize the game and the setting. People can argue about bad writing all they want but what's seriously missing is the warcraft vibe.

I mean that warcraft vibe is not there with just a single thing. Its everything, the characters, the art etc.

For example, bfa changed the art to look more like plastic or new. Way to shiny. Slowly, it changed into something else. The game and the story, everything feels way to save. And childish. Hence I made the comment about 12+. I am playing since warcraft 2 and I have also seen the shifts.

Sad story, but ye I get what you mean with the vibe. Altho it is what it is.

Gonna blow your mind now but people who are fine with the game (including new characters) are busy playing the game instead of making a post about how much they hate it on a daily basis..wow has millions of players, its an extreme minority to be this upset
