Heavy breathingThe Monk Class Expands to New Races
In the 10.0.7 content update, the Monk class will be available to the goblin, Lightforged draenei, and worgen races.
Also I do like that human armor.
Or try something from the WC Movie(I know its basically off the radar but its a source that is).

Monk change is not surprising. They want every class for very race (probably excluding things like DH or Evoker) and they are starting with easy ones.
I think it's more inspired by Warcraft 2's Grunt and Footman units. The silhouettes match those pretty well. Except they've added some modern flair, like the Varian Wrynn stuff.

Interesting fact: now that Monk is available to all races, you could argue all the remaining "unlockables" have various forms of lore issues associated with them.
Warlock - troublesome for Draenei, Highmountain, Night Elves, Mag'har, etc.
Druid - difficult to explain for most races unless they do a Death Knight 2.0-like spin on it. "Hey the Emerald Dream was saved and the tree grew up, here's a new generation of 'Dreamers'".
Paladin - pretty easy for most races because of the precedent where Blood Elves were able to bend the Light to their will using a Naaru. But might be a bit tricky for races like Void Elves or Undead due to their nature.
Shaman - this one should be pretty easy as well; most current Shaman races have their own little spin on it anyway.
DH and Evoker - obvious lore niches since they were created at a specific point in time (and obviously Dragon biology). But hey, I guess anything can be explained with quests.
You can make up explanation for every combo without much problem. Issue is that for next classes Blizzard has to create new forms, totems, mounts, etc. and it isn't #1 priority work. Also they likely want to split it between patches cause every change bring some hype.
Warlock is the only class that needs no excuse. Even for super militantly magic races, the PC can be someone special who is a demon worshiper or someone who wants to control them.
The rest either have models required or would require actual new lore (Evoker: turning into a dracthyr would be required)
Something else which crossed my mind...
We can expect surprises with each patch probably, based on the fact that they announced new race/class combos today, as well as a RAF refresh. That's really cool to see, and puts an exciting spin on the roadmap they've shown earlier.
But noticeably absent from today's news are "Holiday Updates", which was a feature listed on the roadmap for this patch. I suppose they might keep adding information over the coming weeks, but you'd think they'd at least mention it in today's post.

The idea of Void elf Paladin will not create any issue or plot hole actually. We already know that the Twilight's Hammer employed dark paladins, who could still use Light-based spell despite being surrounded by Void users and Void energies everywhere:

In addition, the Void elf named "Riftblade Kelain" wears the "Radiant Lightbringer Shoulderguards", which is an iconic Paladin armour piece and may or may not be a blatant nod from Blizzard to the brilliant idea of Void elf Paladin:

Void elf Demon Hunter already appears in Hearthstone:
As such, the Ren'dorei employ a Demon Hunter in their ranks, and jump ahead of the other races for candidate to get Demon Hunter.
I don't think these are troublesome at all. WoW doesn't have a true alignment system, but you can still roleplay alignment by picking to play the "bad guy" class. Humans are supposed to all be noble and religious, but some choose to pursue a darker path and can make a warlock. Orcs supposedly hate warlocks, fel, the legion, etc. but they can break the mold and play a chaotic alignment through choosing the warlock class.
The same would be true for any that seem troublesome. All it does is bring those races the ability to RP alignment too, like they should have always been able to. The reverse of this is also why forsaken should get druids and void elves paladins. Allow every race to RP alignment through their class choices, in lieu of an actual alignment system.
Actually kind of surprised we have not heard any mentions of Void Elf Demon hunters to begin with. It's an extremely easy narrative fit. Just say the Demon Hunter joined the Blood Elf expedition to Telogrus Rift.
Yes it's a bit narratively iffy how a zealot decided to blow off killing demons for a while, but it is to protect Silver moon after all.

The only one that's problematic is Maghar. Since they should technically not even be brown at all by virtue of being a warlock. Otherwise I agree, there's really no issues with the other ones other than they might just want to expand their customization options or give them something extra.
New(ish) PTR realms. Renamed SoM PTR realms, I believe.

So what are the chances that we'll see a 10.0.7 PTR build this week?
