Sometimes, the light of the moon is a key to other spaces. I've found a place where, for a night or two, the streets curve in unfamiliar ways. If I walk here, I might find insight, or I might be touched by madness.
Sure, it's a really good set, and it does take a while, but I think the reward is commensurate to the effort put in.
Consider for instance what would be worthy of this achievement that would not spark the same exact criticism.
If the argument is that you shouldn't have a tangible reward for completing many months worth of the Trading Post monthlies then I would disagree. I think the tangible reward is better than having everything on a monthly rotation where you might have to wait a similar amount of time regardless.

I have a feeling that some of 10.0.7 and 10.1 will be influenced by what fans really liked at launch, such as characters and mounts. Anyone have ideas on what fan-favorites will show up?
I think the big Bakar and a bakar mount are pretty much guaranteed.
I doubt their team is that agile. Unless, of course, they were working on multiple things and can deliver them out of sequence to give us what we responded well to more quickly while the other stuff is rejiggered. Wouldn't surprise me, honestly - there's a lot of directions available to go in right now.

honestly, I´d like them to focus on the game quality, making us feel like we are adventurers.. (for real not just words) instead of keeping wow like some cheap browser game with 504030303 mounts, 5894534 cosmetics and so on. Screw all that tbh

Yes, yes we do. Many people view them as viable rewards. Many people, myself included, collect them.
Further, those designing and working on mounts wouldn't have much to do with "making us feel like we are adventurers." Its not as though some art designer is able to multitask as a quest designer or what-have-you.

After the death of deadwing, parts of his corruption spread through the maelstorm and reached the worldsoul of Azeroth itself. It's titansoul was dorment and easy corrupted.
With Azeroth corrupted by the void lords , they finally achieved one of their goals. Corrupting a titan. It would take years for azeroth to wake up, but the power of void grows rapidly on the surface.
Many people go mad, and start doing the old gods will. With so many for their cause, 5 old gods managed to take over the surface in a matter of days. The entire population went mad.
Nozdormu hears the whispers of the old gods, and manages to see the future that had been clouded all this time. The corrupted titan would enslave the entire universe when she wakes up. A future where nobody has their own wil.
There is nothing and nobody that can stop this future. He feels the corruption taking over his body.
The hero and Chromie are inside nozdormus protective bubble inside the caverns of time, but this bubble is slowly decaying with nozdormu losing his control.
He hears whispers of the old gods, but also the voice of someone familiar (neltharion).
With his last moment he trows the hero and chromie back in time, and he shatters time itself. For a moment, all infinite possibilities happen on al timelines and time itself is shuffeled. For the past (right before the cataclysm) it means that the world is not like it used to be. Naga, tuskarr and Ogres dominate azeroth with great empires on the continent. There is no alliance and horde, every classic race has their own zone. The big cities of the 3 great empires are places for trading and questing.
While this seems to be a peaceful timeline, the end of all things will still happen. As chromie states, all timeline would reach to that anchorpoint where azeroth itself gets corrupted and old gods roam the surface.
The only way to do anything is to go back to the future and somehow heal azeroth from the corruption before she wakes up.
Features:
-A whole new azeroth to explore in the past with new factions and quests, new dungeons, enemies and allies. These are exploration quests. Dragonriding will be possible here.
-The future that we can reach to cure azeroth, a playable zone, but with a timelimit. We can only play there one half hour a day, can be increased with certain items and abilities. Staying longer in the future and the player would get corrupted. The main quest plays here. With each major patch a new playable zone in the future will be added. Here we will also fight corrupted versions of people that we know.
-New starting zones for all races, 3 new playable races, naga, tuskarr, ogres
-5 raids where we will face old gods. Some of them are 1-2 boss raids.
-No alliance and horde, all players can trade and play with eachother. Those who wish to pvp can do so with warmode.
-professions are expanded on, new features and possibilies
