It should definitely explain a bunch of stuff. The final boss of the raid should immediately make it apparent whether 10.2 is the last major patch or not.

We will be talking about 10.1.7 and 10.2 lore and speculation at the same time. A lot of stuff!

    I dunno about that.

Who could it be that would give any sort of definitive answer? If it's Fyrakk, Iridikron could be 10.3 OR Gul'dan into 11.0. If it's Iridikron, 10.2 could be the last or it could bring about something taken care of in 10.3.

During 9.2 reveal they straight up said it's final chapter of SL. We will know.

Not saying we won't know eventually. I just don't think it's going to be a case of "X is in the dungeon journal, now we totally know".

That's a great point that a lot of people forget about. Danuser said it in the 9.2 reveal trailer/announcement, as you said. Of course, SL was also a very different time/circumstances (internally/externally); however, I do think it would go a long way (regardless of the outcome) for them to mention whether or not 10.2 is the end or not in the reveal.

Fyrakk being the final boss of 10.2 won't mean much, especially if Vyranoth is around. And Iridikron can come back for the last patch if it's more Titan themed (most likely).

Just because people like him a lot doesn't mean Blizz won't kill him this expansion.

    I don't think so.
Iridikron got what he wanted and is now dangling tentacles, i'd say we won't see him again until we get a narrative that directly involves the Pantheon.

If we snap pivot directly to Uldaz/Keepers for 10.3 I can see it.

But given what's set up, a heavy keeper patch would revolve more than likely around Alex rebelling against Tyr.

I don't see where Iridikron would fit in there when he's already planning something bigger. (or why he would care to involve himself when their schism benefits him)

Yeah I would say that Iridikron is out. He will be alive in 11.0.

I think that we should definitively have a 10.3, Titan focused, or rather, Keepers focused. Hell, I do not understand why Blizzard gave so much protagonism to The Stone Watcher in DF intro. He has not done a thing yet. DF cinematic is really weak IMO. Not Warcraft at all.

May our lord Metzen give back to WoW the right focus.
Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.

Good point in Iridikron not interfering in the Dragons/Tyr fighting.

I'm very interested in who the final boss is if it's not Tyr, which I think is possible. Khoranos (mind controlled?) could be a fit, and if they really want to empty the toy box for dragons they could drag out Chromatus.

Maybe Titanized Vyranoth? Would be a sad final boss for Alex.

If there is a Keeper/Dragons civil war, who will join us? I can see Odyn and Tyr against us, and then of all the Ulduar ones I can only see Thorim being a safe bet on our side.

    We'd also probably get MOTHER.

He's basically "AU Gul'dan 2.0". He won't die in DF.

So, I imagine for the new heritage armor questlines we need to be at-least Level 50 and exalted with our race? How about the Eredar customization questline? Is that completable on any character, Draenei, etc.?

They got rid of exalted requirements for heritage armor, just level 50 and the race.

Non-heritage race-related quests like the first Forsaken one and the Tauren one were open to everyone, so I assume it's similar.

Oh, nice! I must have missed the "exalted requirement" being removed. Good to hear! As for the new customization quests with Velen, I should be fine, then. Thanks!

I believe they said the forsaken heritage also required the character to have completed the “Return to Lordaeron”/Dark Ranger quest chain, so a little bit more than just level 50.

While Gamescom is going on over the weekend, I don't really see them announcing anything during a weekend.

You also need to pick the loyalist options to get a unique tabard.. which makes me wonder how you can you get both... or if it's even possible.
