Despite the controversy surrounding Tenders, have you guys noticed that we're getting a new store mount/pet/transmog/bundle nearly every week?
This is getting out of hand...
WoW doesn't feel like a P2P game anymore. =/

This is the worst. We could count of competition to force Blizzard to put roadmap and regular patches, but in this case competition is worse. Blizzard is just catching up, sadly.
Would you tell every people critizing WoW that "they don't have to buy it"? We can argue about monetizing cosmetic stuff as well as game mechanics, especially since it contributes to health of game as well.
If we will keep geting tenders for $ every months, they will destroy half of goodwill that hard work of devs earned. I wouldn't be surprised if they are furious about it, especially people who made Trading Post.

The world revamp dream will never die!

Can we keep this discussion in the relevant thread? Probably don't need to have multiple threads talking about this (unless you want to speculate on how many tender the virtual ticket could include? :P).
Dalaran will be turned into a giant pirate ship. Khadgar will rename the Council of Six into the Council of Six Pieces of Eight. They are looking for the legendary treasure left behind by the pirate empire.

DF. Except instead of dragons and titans, you have Islands and Naga.

True, but there isnt really a lot of grounded themes that is sufficiently foreshadowed in any way. Either we go to undiscovered lands on the backside of Azeroth, explore the South Seas, or reexplore a revamped Azeroth. Beyond that it has to be a cosmic realm of some kind.

I don’t understand the point going round that a South Seas expansion isn’t likely because BfA is still fresh in peoples heads. They will be a pretty radically different vibe.
Using that argument, Legion wasn’t an option after WoD because we got a heavy Legion presence during WoD?
MoP to BfA was a similar time period and both expansions were centered around faction war. Folk were ecstatic when BfA was announced.
The argument doesn’t make much sense to me.

Question for the "South Seas" people: What exactly do you want/think a "South Seas" expansion actually is/means?
