Another interesting lore detail, in the new cutscene in which Vyranoth leaves Fyrakk, he says (looking at Larodar, the grove keeper being transformed by fire): "Imbued it with the living flame. The very flame we will use to infuse the heart of their precious world tree."

So the "living flame" is what he wants to use against the world tree, specifically to imbue its heart with it. We now know it turns something living and verdant into a large and blazing monstrosity, essentially.

Not sure if there's a connection, but the Evoker spell Living Flame can deal damage or heal, and is of the Red and Green flights.

So is he essentially looking to set the Emerald Dream ablaze? Or just turn all its denizens into his own army to use against the Titans?

But that’s assuming there’s not something with the Tyr story that would open them up.
Druids for everyone feels like it would come sometime during 10.2.5 or even 10.2.7. 10.2 feels too early, and you need the narrative space to fit them in without having to justify it within the proper narrative.

10.1.7 plot development, written by M Night Shyamalan.

Still confused on what the Incarnates actually want, or what Vyranoth thinks they want. A world free of the Titans' grasp I guess? Does Blizzard have to be this vague on plot points? It's as bad as the Jailer

I assume, as people have inevitably tried it so far, that there has not been a bout of mass amnesia in the Blizzard office, and that there isnt a green variant of the 10.1 armor set?

Can we talk about this Kul Tiran... Paladin? Yeah, they're coming.

Vyranoth joining the Aspects just happens to sudden.

It feels like some major development is missing in between her initial talk with Alex and this.

0:29 - tell me that doesn't look like some kind of introduction for paladins being available for all races? Has anybody played through that part yet or has it been encrypted? Because if it's still unknown territory it feels like paladins could be a surprise in this patch.
Haven't played it, but it could be the introduction yes. Some of the promotion material talked about the paladin guy we met in tirisfal rebuilding the order of the silver hand now that tyr's return is on the horizon. Maybe not this patch, but i guess sooner than we thought.

Also interesting that they wear a new tabard with a gold fist instead of the classic silver hand tabard.

I thought it was extremely underwhelming and low-effort. As a disclaimer though, I'm not super invested in night elf lore so perhaps others will like it better.

Canonically we’ve seen Kul Tiran Paladins since BfA at a minimum…

Yet they weren’t made playable for… reasons?

    Another interesting thing:

The Harbinger speaks of a primal power that seeks the end of Order. Such rage can be bent to serve our ends.

A hunger lost to the ages will be reclaimed.

A dark heart left broken awaits the taking.

When these things come to pass, the Harbinger will fulfill the final prophecy and complete the awakening.

Only then shall our Queen return to reign over sea and sky and earth. We must make ready.

Rise, rise! Soon all that was hidden will be revealed.
Vyranoth, speaking to Alex about Fyrakk's plans with the World Tree:

    He comes to claim it.

To twist its pure heart into a mirror of what his own has become -- cruel, blazing with insatiable malice, and wreathed in shadow.
I really think it's time to accept that the final part of the Naga prophecy is that Fyrakk claims the World Tree's heart, corrupting it with Shadowflame?

I mentioned this earlier, and yeah I agree. Seems like a shadowdrop in 10.1.7.

More of Alexstraza saying oh I let you down and I did this but still no actual full confirmation on what that is.

It's hollow, and it's boring, and Vyranoth turning her back on Fyrakk was expected. We could have 3 independant incarnates all fighting for their own independant goals. But Vyranoth just 180s on the egg setup and joins us... Why?

Meanwhile as a Loyalist I got a special holomessage from Sylvanas that says she's still proud of the Forsaken nation she built. And thanks us for being a loyalist. I also got the Night Elf Heritage breadcrumb quest upon entering Veldrakken, despite being a Horde Forsaken. That's weird.

    Fyrakk: Revenge on the Dragonflights
    Iridirkon: Revenge on the Titans
Vyranoth: Revenge on the Titans, but without the needless loss of life, which has led to this development.

I wouldn't put it past them to tell us "No, that's just a fat Stormwind human. Which you are also not getting"

This expansion has story but it lacks exposition. They did not learn that lesson from Shadowlands. yes, the incarnates have more personality but their ties to the plot are still ephemeral.

All will be explained by the novel.

Which is just so fucking annoying, such vital context/exposition shouldn't be gated behind an entirey different piece of media.
How they didn't learn that from SL is beyond me.

Vyranoth turning to our side so easily just cheapens her original anger. What was the point. Can't be that bad.

The problem is you're not thinking of typical players.

Vyranoth's turn may be relatively sudden, but it absolutely makes sense with her character.

She hates what the titans did, forcing their "gift" onbthe dragons. If she would support her brother in forcing his "gift" on the druids she would be a hypocrite.

Vyranoth is logical and cold (fittingly) snd she lets Alexstrasza still feel her resentment with her remaeks.

In the end from her perspective she's siding with the lesser of two evils.

It's about how Alexstrasza sided with the titans, and helping in imprisoning vyranoth and letting the eggs be infused with the order soup. It was already explained ingame.
