Here's what I'm hoping for tonight in the datamining:

    - The Blood Elf customisation extends to Void Elves as a kind of thing they don't market but will still do because of how easy it is, and what an easy win it'd be.
    - The world content sets end up looking amazing in-game.
    - We get solid evidence that the World Tree is actually a thing this patch, and not something they're postponing even further into the future.
    - Previously unseen amazing Hunter pet tames and little Druid toys, such as new portals or something.
    - At least some regions of the Dream that looks ethereal and dreamy, so there's an indication that sections of the dream (or layers) might resemble the real vision more closely.
W/e new belf options we get better not fucking extend to velves.

They blurred the lines with fair skins and had a chance to make it right with dark ranger skins and they blew that too...

So no not again, belves are belves and velves are velves. We need more distinction between them than less.

I might be confusing it with the interview where he stated he was looking for the perfect moment to introduce player housing.

I have long stated that housing only really makes sense alongside a world revamp, so that might be why.
The world revamp dream will never die!

    And why is that?

Why can't players just get what they want and be allowed to be happy? Do you realise how many Alliance High Elf fans there are out there?

This is happening because devs keep telling people Blood Elves & Void Elves are both High Elves & people keep asking for them. They will keep getting homogenized until people accept that.

    holy shit

next year will mark wow's 20th anniversary. That would seem an opportune time for blizzard to revamp wow's original continents, the eastern kingdoms and kalimdor, much in the way it did with 2010's cataclysm expansion. Hazzikostas said an old world revamp is something that is "likely to happen" in the future, but that the team would learn lessons from cataclysm, which was criticized for essentially deleting parts of 2004-era wow, and use modern solutions to preserve currently existing pieces of the game were it to become a reality.

"we are definitely open to it at some point," hazzikostas said. "it is a shortcoming, if you take a step back and think about world of warcraft as an ongoing living world, if we've kind of painted ourselves into a corner where we have all these iconic locations but we can't really use them because they've already been used."
world revamp hype is back lets go

So yes, 10.2 does have an AOTC mount.
How do you know this without datanining. You need the actual AOTC achv also....

Its from the following interview. Like them saying 10.2 is not intended to be the final major patch.

2024 will be a very stereotypical year for wow: 10.3 in May. New Expansion in November.

Because not everything players want should make.it into the game...

Belves and velves are two separate races that need their own unique distinction from each other. They don't need to share everything, so plz, no....

They have not said that yet, they've said "there's more story" and that they will be making more seasons.

10.2 PTR realms just disappered from the realm list, so they're working on it at least.

They're not, though. They're both High Elves.

Blood Elves have developed culturally a little bit towards the Horde, and have undergone some changes mostly to do with their eyes and where they've drawn their powers from. But they're still High Elves.

Void Elves are High Elves (some of whom called themselves Blood Elves at one point). Some of them have undergone a ritual to alter their physical forms with the powers of the Void. But they're still High Elves.

They have plenty of unique distinction for players who seek it, and they have (some) similarities for players who prefer that. Whichever way players go, it doesn't harm you.

La prochaine mise à jour de contenu pour #Dragonflight arrive sur le RPT aujourd'hui !
    "Aujourd'hui" means today

(btw, the US facebook page tells the same, today.)
The next major patch of #Dragonflight rolls out on PTR today!

That is not a stereotypical year. They almost always need 8-12 months to pump out an expansion. They have NEVER had a last patch and an expac that close together.

If that's where the new zone is going to appear, then that probably means the Tree will be on it then. Looks like it might indeed be on the Dragon Isles. RIP hopes and dreams.
