I think it may be that Green Magic Gryphon with datamined textures, it never made it into 10.2 and I don't know how it would fit into later patches.

Though if that has stuff already in, I am unsure if that would be the preorders.

A world revamp would definitely fit with a gryphon as a special edition mount. Really harken back to the classic image of a dwarf on a gryphon.

Yeah, and I was about to argue that its a special looking gryphon, but they wouldn't lock an entire normal gryphon behind the collectors edition.

You could say that about anything from classic though. Side note, they did a giant overhaul of the main cities in Everquest 15 years in and everyone hated it so much they never updated a zone ever again.

That's the exact point i'm making. With Cataclysm, they still took pains to keep everything recongnisable. Teldrassil would require changes well beyond that.

It's been there since pre-patch. The whole thing in 10.2 requires SL to exist.

I don't mind the shadowlands lore and even I'm confused. Why can people of Ardenweald move freely between there & the Emerald Dream? Shouldn't they be dream projections like everyone else who is bound to some other plane? I get Necrolords & Kyrians can leave because that's part of their job. But Winter Queen's minions being able to do it is so bizarre because of how completely oblivious they were to what goes on in the world of the living; moreso than the other afterlives.

There is probably some "cheat" in place that allow the Dream/Lifelands to directly interact with Ardenweald in a way that other spaces can't.

Whether the Titans did it, Elune did it, or the First Ones (who may honestly be the titans or their ancestors) is up in the air.

Kyrian fly all over the place, the Necrolords canonically scout out the universe as we see in the Draka short, Denathrius was sending out Dreadlords with no problems and the Brokers can go anywhere, anytime without the slightest bit of effort.

Let alone that the place got invaded like 3 times.

I appreciate them using Mordenaku so the casual observer might have some suspense over who becomes the 6th dragonflight aspect. It reminds me when the original power rangers series did this big build up over who would be the White Ranger. The white ranger would eventually be revealed as the former green ranger, Tommy, but they added this new kid named Noah and kept dressing him monochromatically to keep the audience guessing. Even though the audience for that kids show would have had no concept of dramatic irony. That's like hinting Mordenaku might be the next aspect just for it to actually be Vyranoth.

It's just like the damn George-Lucas-ism of it all: The same logic that the Nelves sacrificed their immortality blessing, originally given to them by the Aspects, to stop Archemonde. Then they gave up their chance at returning to life to get a new tree. So then the World Tree, since they are all connected, gives the blessing back to the Aspects in the form of restoring their full powers.

Goddamn blizzard did this to me - all this bullshit had an ending that makes total sense I'm so angry.

literally only player's headcanon. They can't leave the maw if they entered it that's all, but the Mawwalker shenanigans allowed them to travel to and leave the maw.

How does any of this mean Elune is the "Dragon goddess"?

Kalecgos, despite no titans/watchers being around, was empowered to be Aspect of the Blue Dragonflight by a moon ritual.

Couple that with the elemental and possibly Life origins of the dragons (as the Protos came from the elements, and they may have their start in Life) and there are some hints that it's Elunes powers that empower the Aspects, not the Titans. Though they may have used Elune's power for the first Aspects (which would explain the heavy connection between Eonar and Elune, they may be friends or something)

If Amirdrassil and Elune/Winter Queen are the ones who bless/empower the Aspects, that would just continue this theme

It never says so outright, but I think we should assume (besides that Hearthstone directly states the Primus is a Titan) after its confirmed Elune is the Winter Queen's sister, that the Eternals & Titans & Whatever Elune is are interchangeable: They're all direct minions of the First Ones carrying out their design. The Pantheon of Order's designation by the First Ones' was to "order" the universe, (divide them into 6 cosmic domains.)

Did we figure out the source of Decay magic that the gnolls were using?
What was up with that blue dragonflight tower/structure that Raszageth wanted in the Azure Span?

All that means is that Elune likes the dragons. Not that she is one. Which we already knew because she also blessed Ysera's Aspect.

I'm saying Elune may be the one who grants Aspects power, not the Titans. After all, why would she be able to grant the arcane/order aspect arcane/order power without the Titans around?

Also I bet you ten bucks that the War of the Scales book will reveal that they were first empowered by the moon, just under Tyr's guidance.
