i mean we didnt finish them off in the forsaken questline
we did however establish that they are a growing threat more than ever before and even newbies are on par with seasoned soldiers

id say the incarnates are on par with elemental lords

it being datamined now doesnt mean anything
keep in mind we also had sabellion with primalist eyes
would be nice to know why smolderon decided to ally himself with fyrakk

If the incarnates are roughly on par with the aspects when they were empowered, I don't think the aspects were on par with old gods. Weren't the elemental lords sort of in the ballpark of old gods? Not their equals given the way the war went, but definitely formidable for a long time.
If a single corrupted tear from the nightmare can end an aspect (years) I'm pretty sure an entire old god is exponentially more powerful than an aspect, and therefore roughly that much more powerful than an incarnate. Neither an incarnate nor an aspect are even a fly compared to an old god, and elemental lords resisted them for hundreds or thousands of years.

I do wonder what this "big and epic conclusion" of Tyr's story has to offer.

He promised to write Calia fanfiction if 10.2 is the last major content patch of Dragonflight.

I mean, if he has plenty of ammunition, that may indicate there's a grain of truth to his inference. As I've said before, although Teriz is painfully repetitive, he has been right in the past.

What about with the Augmentation thing? He was pretty reasonable in assuming we'd get a support spec when all the evidence was pointing that way, and there was still some opposition on that front simply because it was someone considered annoying and repetitive who was saying it.
