I'll have to go find it, but one of the interviews about world changes between SL and DF mentioned that there would be new docks/a new dock for the capital cities. The same article mentioned some changes to the Forsaken, which ended up being true (the reclamation of Lordaeron).
I just noticed while looking at the Blood Knight's Dedication armor set from 9.2.5 that the jewels inlayed on the pieces are blue (albeit a green-ish blue, but still more blue), just like some of the datamined icons for new blood elf gear have shown. Minor, but I thought it was worth noting.
I believe it was mentioned fairly early into the reveal of Dragonflight during one of the interviews I want to say. During a question on how we get there, and it was mentioned that there would be changes to the Stormwind docks to accommodate the new transportation.
Now this could have meant the changes we got. The ship from Kul Tiras sailing in from the opposite direction but still on the same dock. The implications definitely seemed like the docks would be changed.
This was back when the intro was describing as letting you jump between the Alliance and Horde ships, which is obviously impossible now that the Horde comes in by airship.
The world revamp dream will never die!
This upcoming Friday, it'll be 7 weeks until BlizzCon.
I wonder when we'll get the bundle formerly known as virtual ticket, for those in-game goodies?

Maybe. It's just strange. It's the first thing you see when you're about to log in. What better way to get somebody excited to play than to showcase their characers doing something badass?
Instead of just standing there, looking like a goofball with dead eyes and a weapon pointed right at the camera.
I'm surprised there's been little discussion on the obvious Broken allied race addition hints in the Velen questline. Worst case, they're only referring to the Broken joining the Alliance as NPCs, but considering the community desire, it feels like this questline was all but confirming their inclusion in the future. 11.0 tracks a bit more, but it could always be a 10.2.5 or 10.2.7 addition.
But that also raises an interesting topic; the scales can't be uneven... Alliance can't get an AR without Horde also gaining one, unless they're introducing Broken as a draenei skin. Who could the Horde possibly get?
So, how many of you believe that the world revamp is happening in 11.0? I believe so.
Since when they have been revamping assets? Legion? BfA? They plan expansions way in advance, so one would think that they would want something big for the 30th anniversary of the franchise.
Also, I am a firm believer of a Draenor kind of revamp. IMO is the only possible way to do a meaningful revamp.
Finally, I would say that they would have the balls to revamp all Kalimdor and The Eastern Kingdoms at the same time. Of course, may zones would be merged. Although with a twist. They would take the FFXIV approach, setting lots of events and WQs everywhere, and also many many side quests for world building, but only one Main Questline, that does not need to cover all zones. In fact, it could start with just a few. Through patches and expansions, it would be expanded.
In such a way, they would always be able to come back to old zones without feeling the pressure to cover all the revamped zones. The same would be applied to dungeons. Not all of them need to be revamped in 11.0. They would always be able to go back and add whatever they want in a cleaner way than current WoW, which is a mess, honestly.

Do not take life too seriously. You will never get out of it alive.
