Runic Brand is still overtuned

For reference, on +23 yesterday the brand did a total of 450k dmg spread out over 2 phases (Tyrannical).

That's 225k dmg per phase on +23 tyrannical - If your group is dying, you're either playing blindfolded or you do not place markers above the runes / weakauras.
Either that or your entire group is somehow 50% hp when the phase starts.

yea you have ample time to move for brand, the thing thats actually overtunned is the explosion on the swords.

Don't speak as an authority on the subject when you dont have any idea what you are talking about. I always ask my healers whether they prefer to invert, 9/10 have said they dont like inverting.

You shouldn't speak as an authority on something you have no idea about your rating is meaningless to me. There is only a single expel light that will be empowered way late in the fight if you time it right.



Look at this, a run without a healer at all and guess what they do. So hard to survive expel light just because you can't time it properly so your healer gave up on you trying.

Mr "nobody does it on high keys", bruh almost everyone does it on high keys and you literally found the one group of the top 8 that don't and are sitting here like it's the norm or easier for the average healer when it's not. The world first 26 did it, the world first 25 did it, a 25 without a healer did it! Nobody does it though because Andy's group doesn't lmfao. Do you base your entire play around what Andy does? You won't be at his level just by copying him sorry for the reality check.

And Andy's group only doesn't do it because they don't need to. They could do it, but they just don't, because it's not required
