[WotLK] How Much Hit Rating Do I Need?

I can't find a hard, definitive answer to this question anywhere. I have a Draenei DK that I DW Frost tank on. All I want to know is how much hit rating I need so I'm spell capped, assuming I don't have the Dark Command glyph (which I don't). Every guide gives me a percentage needed but what I want to know is how much HIT RATING that translates into. I don't care about my white damage, I just want to make sure my Icy Touches and Howling Blasts never miss.

Here you go, you have a translation table from % to Hit rating. If you say you know the % it should be easy to identify.
