"Deep Cuts From the Vault" equivalent for 10.1?

With 10.1 coming, there's no doubt Deep Cuts From the Vault is going to be removed and become a Feat of Strength. Will a new achievement take its place for the newest Season? If so, what kind of visual/cosmetic effect will it have on the gear we acquire? This Season had added lightning effects to Tier armor. Will we be getting added Shadowflames?

I'm pretty sure they have said they were going to, but so far I think it is not on PTR yet. So in that case we can all speculate what it could be.

I think whole point of putting Mythic: Raszageth instead of Cutting Edge there is to give a way to finish it in future patches/expansions.
