Rewards for Veteran Players ?

Bro, I'm playing feral this patch, and the number of comments I get from people about my disco cat.

Its so stupid others can't get it.

You only get comments because it's rare and therefore special. Nobody comments on firecat or even thinks its that cool because everyone has it and it's incredibly saturated. Same with MoP CM sets that reddit is obsessed with bringing back. It's only cool and desireable because it's unobtainable. Put those sets back in the game and it's just another set you're sick of looking at and never wear.

right? this is what im talking about. also those of us that had it before would like to get it back somehow. like on my paladin. let me have a way to get it again for transmog. i think i wound up deleting it on him sometime in wrath due to not needing it for anything and JC mats taking up my entire bank at the time as well as 3 sets of gear. for tank ret and ret pvp. be neat to have it again and be able to mog it. corrupted ashbringer was awesome. it be neat to be able to mog it to my dk for DW frost as well.

Loyalty rewards already exist. They usually give mounts to people that sub for 6 months

Didn't they also give out mini statues or something for people that have been subscribed since launch?

I mean we've already got that generally certain items and feats of strength become unobtainable down the line. I'd prefer to keep it at that rather than rewards purely for account age. For example my account has the old hunter appearance, rhok'delar? Can't get that anymore.

i would say, simply stop giving away every legacy mount that players earned or got 10+ years ago.
when is saw that my favorite mount that i was lucky enough to get out of a TCG pack 15 years ago is being given away in a Twitter promo, i simply unsubbed and walked away. that the spectral tiger, something players have spent thousands of dollars on was also jsut a new promo give away, i found it completely insulting to veteran players.

they ruined this game for old time players and only focus on new. it is very apparent by the community and business direction. j

Ngl it’s kinda funny that’s all you have to show being a veteran player.

Also, Blizzard had mentioned they’d make TCG/UDE redeemable again in the future using a diff points system. We all thought it’d be Achievements or Hearthstone at the time.
