Maybe it's both, or IDK. I'm in the same boat - DF has never excited me in any way, it seems entirely generic and manufactured for a kind of appeal that just doesn't appeal to me. And that's probably fine. I'm just not the target audience, and so I'm playing other games. And this patch certainly isn't going to change that.

Yeah, its like not bad but its a real struggle to motivate oneself to play, there just isn't really anything that you care about to play, like even in cata and mop and legion (yes I skipped one) you had the feeling log in and do stuff heck even at end of patch, now its just, you login, sure plenty to do but like nothing feels worth it or interesting :/

Okay I'll admit the trailer definitely tries to build the hype. It did a good job in that regard. If you take a moment to just act like you're watching an anime or new episode for a TV show it does a good job to prepare you for excitement. Then you remember its WoW and the video cuts back to the monk doing spinning crane kick. You realize how mundane the classes/gameplay is and you got baited by the pretty colors of the art and music lol.

Perhaps it's the age, ive been around the game since march 2005 myself with only draenor & bfa partly missed out on. But Mythic + and raids has been brilliant in DF imho, looking forward to S2 even more.

Its called being burned out. WoW is same as it always has been and Dragonflight is showing its best version of WoW since MoP. if u don't like this then ur just done with the game.

They literally never were, they always included a FUCK load of footage from the cinematic botched together.
