Unspent Profession Specialization Knowledge

So I am sure plenty of people, especially if you have gathering professions, have fully learned their profession trees. And given there is no expansion to said trees at least in 10.1.5, every time I log in or reload some characters I keep getting this annoying pop up. Anyone knows if there is a way to stop that from happening?
