    deranking macro for classic era

Is there possibly a macro that allows me to use spells/abilities of the highest rank if mana is sufficient, but if not the macro deranks it lower?

Sounds a bit complicated for a macro...

No the closest you can make is a macro the has different ranks use alt, ctrl and shift. Selecting what rank to cast is pretty much playing part of the game for you, which is something blizzard tries to avoid.

Don't think it's possible. Macro conditionals are limited and restricted. https://wowpedia.fandom.com/wiki/Macro_conditionals
You can get mana with the UnitPower api but cast is a protected function so it's utilizable by addon code.

no macros cant make decisions to cast spells like that. it would be automating the game.
TO FIX WOW:1. smaller server sizes & server-only LFG awarding satchels, so elite players help others. 2. "helper builds" with loom powers - talent trees so elite players cast buffs on low level players XP gain, HP/mana, regen, damage, etc. 3. "helper ilvl" scoring how much you help others. 4. observer games like in SC to watch/chat (like twitch but with MORE DETAILS & inside the wow UI) 5. guild leagues to compete with rival guilds for progression (with observer mode).6. jackpot world mobs.
