Haste Status not aligned

Hi guys,

I was trying to find a solution on the internet but cant seem to find one. I noticed (even with addons disabled) my stats in PvP when in Pvp Mode and outside, are somehow not aligning.

Especially haste is displayed wrongly.

Out side of pvp it says 36% - 3922 rating
While in pvp 35% - 4711 rating

Cast time of spells remain completely the same. Mage is Rodeyy on EU Server

What can that be?

ok I see, but effectivly, If I look at the skill cast times, With 3922 haste rating and 4711 haste rating I have the same cast time. So I can dump haste down to align on cast times and exchange with a different stat to increase dmg
