Looks like one of those demons from the Diablo IV cinematics.
If you look at the top right corner and then the "CONFIDENTIAL" watermark, you can see the direction of the text and the angle of the frame of the—supposed—video are not aligned; it's a very common AI error—a very typical, tiny detail of the picture that contradicts the rules of reality (like how part of what you see changes its form when you change the perspective). Those little nuances are what you can pick up on to realize it's AI.
BUT: great effort, I love these kinds of fake leaks, gg OP!
Could also be Galakrond visage form and Iridikron in the background.
or may be another primal incarnate ?
Its really easy to make an AI generated pic and make it blurry...
Looks more Warhammer than WoW tbh..

But that's extremely obvious and not some hidden glitch, and the simple explanation could be that it is a photo of a video (with the engraved confidential) from a stage where the video you see in the right frame plays in the background.
Not claiming that it was not fake or AI generated, just pointing out that this is no mistake we cannot find an explanation for.
Text could easily have been added by a person before the traditional slanted phone pic. Regardless, throwing my lot in with this being AI-generated. The armour looks orcish, but that facial structure looks wrong. Look how high the ears are. It's almost like they melted an orc's face onto the skull of a botani or something. I'm down for a body horror expansion, but Blizzard probably aren't.
Anyways, feels pretty early for a still of a cinematic to leak - who would they be showing it to that would risk a pic? That's like Blizzcon-eve type of stuff. Something like the DF promo material could be slightly more believable on this timing, more 3rd parties involved.
If the art is AI-generated, I honestly doubt even one of the more reliable programs would be able to get the text right. I figure the text would be added manually afterwards and simply wound up poorly-aligned.

That's my guess, as well.
Those were my first thoughts, too, but I honestly wouldn't be too excessively confident about it. I felt that the Dracthyr also looked totally unsuited to WoW's art style and thought they were a really high-effort fanmade model on that basis, but the new art team has had very poor direction lately. Whatever this new thing is, it may just be bad design, and may not even look like the thing is supposed to in light of the Jailer's awkward cinematic design.
Still, I definitely concur it looks fake on a number of different counts. Even though I wouldn't be too confident about it, I still do think the bad design at least chops some points off. Similarly, the leak coming this early is very strange, and the misaligned text doesn't have me feeling very confident. The thing in the background also looks very weird and like a background character in an AI-generated image often does. The way the text is misaligned even makes me think it was added on after the picture was taken by phone.

ACTUALLY.... looking at it from my PC now- background looks super similar to................ S T O R M W I N D !!!!!
I wouldn't mind traveling into the past (with Bronze Dragonflight) into 2nd war. Just saying. Chances are super slim... but that background DOES look Stormwind"ish"....
ofc. That "ish" is doing a lot of work in my assumption
But... just try to think about any other similar skybox in wow? (assuming that this leak is real)
It literally looks like hes standing somewhere above SW AH (trade district) or SW gates... with mountains in north-west.
AI can't do text for shit, if someone were doing that for real they'd just do it with photoshop on top.
Main issue here to me is that it's not what a Blizzard cinematics workprint looks like.
This is an actual WIP cinematic leak:
Red semitransparent X covering the entire screen with red text in a serif font saying "Property of Blizzard Entertainment / Confidential", technical notes and details in the corners, timer in the top left, scene number and framecount in bottom right, etc.
Not saying this is impossible but I'm unconvinced.
It's so blurry it could be just about anything outdoors. Or a large room with way over-the-top lighting.
Not sure why so many people assume it must be WarCraft related anyway. That could easily be some D4 demon or something else entirely.

Don't assume it is real. Very few "leaks" are and it makes you overlook obvious issues if you do. Besides, there's plenty of places in WoW that could match that with how blurred it is.
You do know how perspective works, right? As the image gets lower, the line (or in this case, text) is straight across. And if you go below that it becomes distorted in the other direction right? And all of this is more distorted because of the angle as if someone was sitting up lose and on the far left side of the video.
Please don’t force me to MS Paint this for you..
Kinda looks like an Age of Sigmar Kruleboy to me. Interesting.
Could be legit. We had at least one leaked screenshot of the DF trailer before launch and people called BS then too. I guess we'll see.
Hey hey, it is the "Bolvar having blue/red fire" screenshot all over again. That one didn't convince many people but was shared similarly to this.
I'm buying this one, but what does it mean? Maybe a villain race of some sort? Looks like a mutant naga Orc
Also mods haven't locked down a titleless thread with only an image as the OP. We'll wait to see if they do or not.
