If it's fake, good job OP, if it's real. Thanks OP.

It's not Fyrakk, it's not a Faceless One. It's a Stoneborn Venthyr/Dreadlord, we can literally look at their models and see the same kind of facial distribution, the horns, the bat ears, the little beard (it's not a pointy chin or tentacles).

The new patch even accidentally has Dreadlord armor sets shipped with it in the icons.
Doubtful. The last thing players want is Shadowlands 2. Especially only one expansion apart. SL is literally the worst expansion they ever made, why would they want to double down on that mistake?

Could be a Diablo 4 expac teaser. Blizzard's CGI team finishes cinematics several months in advance of its debut, and the way the AAA games industry works is that they are working on DLC before the base game even launches. Wouldn't surprise me if this shows up at Blizzcon.

Dreadlords and Stoneborn do not have tusks.

I suppose it would be easier to let it slip under the cracks if they leaked it on MMO-Champion's WoW forum.

Aye. The foreground figure is far closer to an orc than a stoneborn/nathrezim.

The one in front is really looking like a Drogbar.

The one if the back really has to be be Iridikron. The similarities are too close to not assume that.

Not really. Iridikrons horns are much thicker and completely disjointed from his head. Not to mention broken along the whole length into segments; and is a consistent, barely curved shape. The figure in this image has no breaks in their horns, the horns appear connected, and the horns are far more curved than Iridi's.

No, it doesn't. Drogbar have flat square chins, not long spiky ones that look like ancient Egyptian accessories.

This is 100% an AI trying to make a WoW orc and messing it up, as it does. It doesn't take a genius to then type "CONFIDENTIAL" on top of it, and take a shaky photo of the screen.

I don't see what's so Diablo about it either.
Too bright. Too armored for a demon.

Looks more like the gargoyle/bat mounts if you ask me. The nose is very typical.

    Please have your eyes checked....

Nothing about the image looks like Fryakk.

    Drogbar or demonic orc, maybe.

But the guy we're killing in 10.2 being in a CGI release of 11.0? Nope. Not even remotely likely.

It's very clearly someone sneaking a picture of the image with a cellphone camera from an off-angle position.

    Cool.

This is how you do a leak, or fake one for that matter. Leaving people wondering, arguing, discussing it.

    GJ, regardless of the outcome.

I think the fact that people have debated it for this long kind of debunks the image, at least in regard to it being Warcraft. If there's one thing Blizzard's cinematic team is good at, it's managing to have the ultra-defined characters remain recognizable despite the drastic change in quality. If this were a Warcraft fellow, a little blurriness wouldn't have people this confused over their identity regardless of whether it was an orc, drogbar, or a fleshy Fyrakk without his mandibles for some reason.
confirmed by my uncle nitnendo and masahiro samurai

There's nothing that prevents them from wearing armour, and you could certainly get that kind of lighting in Dry Steppes or Kehjistan.

Any imagery examples you can provide?

Yeah, if this is Blizzard's, it's from Diablo franchise (closest art style).

With AI, you can never be sure if something is a true leak or not.

That being said, everyone keeps saying Drogbar or Mutated Orc, to me it looks more like a Gargoyle type creature with bat like ears, like from the Shadowlands, which screams Sire Denathrius to me.

I do not believe it will be a Shadowlands type expansion, but I do believe this could be showing Sire Denathrius and the Dreadlords orchestrating their plans and starting the cosmic war all those millennia ago, leading into the void like expansion.

Everything AI can do a talented human with photoshop can do better. It's just that with AI you don't need to be as talented to get something out of it.
