With AI, you can never be sure if something is a true leak or not.

That being said, everyone keeps saying Drogbar or Mutated Orc, to me it looks more like a Gargoyle type creature with bat like ears, like from the Shadowlands, which screams Sire Denathrius to me.

I do not believe it will be a Shadowlands type expansion, but I do believe this could be showing Sire Denathrius and the Dreadlords orchestrating their plans and starting the cosmic war all those millennia ago, leading into the void like expansion.

If they have any sense Shadowlands will be as memory holed as WoD

Yes it is automatic, we have had to recreate the cinematic in roll 20 using D&D tokens, idk why but that cinematic specifically gets you auto hit. It's not some conspiracy. Idk what it is but that cinematic is no go.

My take: they used AI to generate a fairly convincing image of an Orc and possibly a Human in the background, then took a picture of the screen, distorted it some more, and uploaded it.

Personally I prefer fake logos but this is good effort! 8/10, OP. Good job.

Galakrond's visage form? Didn't think about it... great suggestion. Though, it's kinda ridiculous how every dragon has a visage form these days. Plus, Galakrond isn't greenish.

Well time to come clean, some of you were absolutely right. This leak was rather lazy actually but I figured I could do better than some of the shitty leaks I've been seeing.

I spent about 15 minutes on it or so. I generated an image based on the prompt: Still shot of world of warcraft cinematic trailer showing iridikron, Octane render, Cinematic, 4k, Powerful, in midjourney. It didnt look like him at all, but whatever

I then blurred the image added black bars and a watermark. Someone pointed out blizzard uses a different preview overlay for confidential stuff. In hindsight i wish I wouldve replicated that.

Bolvar's leak in Shadowlands was more detailed and less "AI" looking.

the Bolvar leak was analyzed under just as much scrutiny and had half the readers calling it fake because of things like the color of flames. I just cannot be dismissive of stuff like this anymore, but then again AI imagery has gotten so much more sophisticated.
