Don't think it's an orc. While it does share some similarities, it would have to be heavily mutated to be a Warcraft orc.

Looks more like a demon of some description to me. On the side of the head visible to us, it appears to have an ear (the large hole towards the left of the image), and some appendage or horn on it's temple/outer forehead. You can also see something on the opposite side of it's head sticking up.

Possible agents of Fel and Holy in the Warcraft setting, but that would feel FAR too abrupt and out of nowhere, even if we don't know how DF will end.
Could also be Diablo stuff. Angel and Demon, although that would rely on there being Angels without wings..

The position of the head/helmet on the background figure looks weird to me. Let's suppose that red thing is a "scarf" hanging down from either side of it's neck, the helmet SHOULD be more central, but it looks like it'd have to be craning it's head forward.

Ill be honest, I think it looks mostly like a Gargoyle from Revendreth.... But I really dont want Shadowlands 2. It has long ears and chopped off nose like a bat. But the teeth looks more like an orc, since Gargoyles has fangs... Doesnt look like an orc to me or naga or anything like that though. The guy in the background though, thats curious. An orc with a helmet with horns?

My take: they used AI to generate a fairly convincing image of an Orc and possibly a Human in the background, then took a picture of the screen, distorted it some more, and uploaded it.

Personally I prefer fake logos but this is good effort! 8/10, OP. Good job.
